I was very impressed with the service and cleanliness of my room. 1 brm apartment. Everything was spotless. The room smelt lovely. Hallways and walls spotless. Whole location was clean and inviting. Bathroom lovely and clean. Fantastic fully equiped kitchen. Bed was a little hard though, but overall a wonderful experience. The cleaning ladies were beautiful & ‘it’s a BOY’ So glad I booked Quest Eight Mile Plains will most definitely be back to stay again.

Good place to stay for business. Beth was very helpful. Nice that there’s balcony but can be noisy with traffic. ||For introverts like me: I wouldn’t bother taking the “ include breakfast for $20” offer : the bespoke brekkie is a charge back from the cafes close by meaning you have to go there to use the charge back. It really was easier for me to use UberEats than this option. The “ scan here” for room service and restaurant info is also misleading: there is No Room Service. Reception didn’t know anything about no room service either so,,, save yourself the frustration.

Above and beyond.

Impeccably clean, great bathroom, full kitchen, nice couch, two tvs, comfy bed, a selection of pillows.

Plentiful parking, nice gym, laundry room with all you need.

I was genuinely impressed with just how much this place had to offer.

Free shuttle service as well. If you need to stay in this area for work, to see a friend or for an event it would be my top pick.

- The Car park was good and the place was so quite. The receptionist was so good and lovely, they entertain there customer politely. The rooms was cleaned and very nice. Accessible wifi,comfort room/ bathroom and kitchen .

I am a frequent stayer at this hotel for work.
Recently there was a power outage.
I must acknowledge how courteous & helpful both Constance & Kane were as unfortunately I chose to not stay when power went down as I needed to do some work & they both went above & beyond to secure me alternative accommodation at another hotel.
They could have charged me and not helped but both these key people saw the bigger picture to make me happy.
As a result I will continue to support this business.

Lovely place with excellent service and very clean rooms. The receptionist Misha was very lovely, kind and outgoing. She provided us with great recommendations around Brisbane/Surfers. Again Misha was excellent and a great help with us. And again quest is an excellent hotel to stay at.

Highly recommend, wonderful stay.
Really clean rooms, nice air-conditioning, comfy beds, updated TVs and appliances. Came with free card-access secure carpark. Really really impressed.
