Clean rooms, comfortable bedding and space. But big shout out to the customer service. I was upgraded which was amazing but the staff were so helpful in every aspect. Really appreciate the hospitality! Would definitely come back again.

I would recommend the Quest Chermside on Playfield to any organization requiring an excellent facility close to Chermside shopping Centre which has some excellent restaurants to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. We have stayed with you many times over the last few years. The conference room is excellent for a small group. Also the food supplied during the day is excellent.

Staff were great, location to the mall & Kedron Wavell club & pool was what we wanted. Room was spacious, clean & had all the things we needed. NYE and it was even quiet. Would definitely stay again.

We always stay here when we travel to QLD because the apartments are very comfortable, the staff are friendly and it is situated in a superb location with an easy few minutes walk to a large Westfield, public transportation and to a large club with restaurant and bars etc. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Stayed here for just under 2 weeks, from check-in at the front desk to the apartment everything was perfect. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay as a solo traveller. The staff were very frequently and helpful. Close to Westfield Chermside which is great so you can walk to the movies 🙂 or so some shopping. Plenty of food options around the area. good sized kitchen with fridge/oven/cooktop, draws full of cooking utensils. Plates and bowls in the cupboard, air-conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, comfry king sized bed. It really was the perfect stay. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The location and the service are great, but the accoustic is absolutely terrible. You can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. Also the aircon keeps turnning itself off all the time (I even checked if a timer was on, but that was not the case).
