This is one of the best value hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The rooms were immaculate, modern, and comfortable. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The location is awesome in the middle of town, and with a train station a 2 minute walk down the road. There is an on-site gym and arcade. Free underground parking. I could go on and on- all this for such a normal price seems unbelievable to me. Definitely casts a shadow on some of the other self-proclaimed luxury hotels in Brisbane that are far less thought out than this place. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Loved my stay.

I appreciated the friendly, professional and discreet front desk staff. They contacted me beforehand and couldn't have been more helpful holding my bags and being flexible when I changed my travel dates. Room was modern with attention to detail in design, kitchen tools and toiletries. It was quiet and easy to black out on hot summer nights.

I always enjoy staying at a Quest and especially the Cannon Hill Quest. The staff are very attentive. The rooms are always clean and the decore makes it seem like a cleaner version of our own home. We always sleep well and wake up ready for another day in paradise. Thanks to Troy and Cam for making us always feel welcome. We will be back and we always tell our friends to stay at a Quest when travelling - it just feels like coming home!!!

My first stay here was meant to be very transactional, however from the word go the team were welcoming, warm and friendly. I’d had a shocker of a week and within five minutes of checking in, seeing my amazing room and having a dip in the pool, all was forgotten. Yes, it’s a Quest… I don’t need a fancy Sofitel to unwind… but it is honestly the incredible people that make a stay magical. Have been back a couple of times since and always appreciate the special something that awaits me in the room. Great example of how to deliver a bulk-standard product exceptionally well.

We had a 3 night stay at the Quest Cannon Hill. The apartment was excellent. Comfortable and well equipped with good kitchen and laundry facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to shops and supermarket. Would happily stay here again.

I cannot recommend Quest Cannon Hill enough, I have stayed here a couple of times now when visiting Brisbane and I am always so impressed by the customer service and and quality of rooms. Perfect for a long stay, excellent facilities and great staff. I would like to give an extra shout out to Courtney for her care while staying at the hotel and say Well done on the implementation of accessibility aids to ensure all visitors are cared for during their stay.

This is my first stay with Quest and I found that the staff and amenities were exactly as presented on their web site. The apartment I stayed in was clean, tidy and comfortable. This made getting ready for a city function so much less stressful. Thank you all.
