The best communication I’ve ever had from a hotel with texts a week leading up letting me know about parking options then on the day confirming what bedding configuration I wanted, then a text to let me know I could check in early!
Staff on reception were lovely and the rooms were amazing for the price. Nice decor, good view, separate bedroom to living area and a kitchenette. The room was lovely and warm on our arrival on a cold and windy day. Would definitely stay again!

Not worth booking!!
The biggest issue for us was the air conditioning - it only works on heat. When we called reception to ask how to cool the room down, we were told ALL ROOMS are automatically set to heating mode and can’t be adjusted. In a warm room, especially before bed, that’s incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable.

Beyond that, the room was poorly maintained: an empty milk bottle had been left on the counter, the fly screen wasn’t on the tracks, and there was a visible stain on the bed sheet. This place is also super loud with traffic!! When I went to plug my phone in, the entire socket came out of the wall — which felt both careless and unsafe.

We could also clearly hear the guests in the room next door, adding to the lack of comfort.
In the end, we didn’t even stay the night. We packed our bags and booked another hotel. Not what we expected at all.

Had a weekend trip for the concert. First step in the hotel, the song playlist is the singer's of the concert tonight which made really good vibe.

Sophia from the reception is really friendly and helpful. Made the whole check in process smooth and fast. Customer service 10/10 for sure.

Room is clean and tidy. Just one thing, the room is a bit dark even with the lights on. It will be better if it is bright, warm lights.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I picked the hotel due to its close proximity, Quest were happy to change my booking to move to a two bedroom apartment, which was appreciated. The venue was clean and tidy and the kitchen made it easy to have a quick meal when we returned.||||Would definently recommend for people attending events at Olympic Park

Stayed at Quest at Sydney Olympic Park with my son Austin for the Freestyle Kings event, and we had a fantastic time. The location was spot-on—just a short walk from the venue and close to plenty of food options. The room was spotless, modern, and really comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything we needed was close by. Would definitely stay here again for future events!

Modern, clean hotel located in the heart of Sydney Olympic park, walking distances to major arenas,train stations,sporting fields, restaurants and cafes,

The rooms had comfortably beds and pillows. Complement coffee, tea and biscuits , biscuits where delicious.

Only mark down was the shower, the shower head was basically a hose nozzle. Not making for an enjoyable shower.

Friendly staff.
Reasonable prices
Onsite underground park, (tight carpark)

Would recommend if you’d looking for a central place to stay in Olympic park.

Attended with a friend for an overnight stay. Room was terrific Receptionist on check in was an absolute delight and I had rung a couple of times regarding our accommodation and whomever I spoke to was always extremely helpful. Even advised that room was ready well before our arrival. Would definitely stay there again if going to an event at Sydney Olympic Park

Staff were lovely and great to deal with. Room air conditioners didn’t even begin to cool room and all air cons were absolutely full of black mold. Spent the night sweating. Carpets, especially at the lifts were absolutely disgusting. Mold on the floor in the kitchen and the floors weren’t vacuumed well. The sheets were nice, clean and beds were comfy.
