Has been a couple of years since I last stayed at Quest Campbelltown. Best thing about it is the location.

What I've noticed this time around is that the cleaning/maintenance standards have dropped significantly - especially on the outside. The grounds, gardens, carpark are filthy and poorly maintained. You know they are doing it on the cheap when they use the cheap fake red bark all around the place. Weeds growing everywhere.

Also, now that they allow pets in the rooms, you feel uneasy about whether or not there is pet urine on the carpets. There was definitely a strange smell when I first walked into the room.

We had family in other rooms and they too felt the same way about general cleanliness and maintenance. Quest is probably the most expensive of the accommodation options in the area but it definitely needs to lift its standards.

Is it to do with the fact that they changed owners? Because years ago everyone we knew that stayed at Quest highly rated it back then.

On a positive note, the staff were lovely.

Nice looking apartment. The place was very clean and had generous space for almost everything. Breakfast 6:00am - 9.00am was perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist was prompt, kind and attentive. I'll recommend and surely consider revisiting this place any time I find myself in Campbelltown. Thank you again, I enjoyed my stay

Lovely check in experience .. staff are lovely .
We had a one night stay and it is suitable for that. We were traveling with our dog so needed pet friendly . Room was ok - bathroom clean and new. However, possibly had been a smoker in room prior as room was smelly, carpet needed a refresh, dining chair was stained. had we not arrived late and only been staying one night I would have asked to move rooms . The sheets were clean but the throw and cushions went straight in the cupboard as looked grotty. Paying extra for a pet is expected but usually only per stay .. I believe the $35 we paid is per night so check that. Quest has dedicated parking - charging an extra $10 is a bit rich as rooms are not cheap and throwing in parking is not unreasonable .

We stayed at one of the disabled room. It's a great room, everything is wonderful but we only have one problem. In the bedroom, there's no room for hubby's electric chair to move around. It's perfect for someone who can still stand & take a few steps but not for someone who can't walk at all. We end up taking his bed outside the room into the living area wheres theres abit more room to move around. Other then that, everything else is perfect.

We had the last appartment on the top Floor and it was exactly what I could of hoped for. All local facilities within a short walk, choice of McDonald's, hungry jacks, etc. Loved our stay

Fridge is a bit noisy close to bedroom ||Furniture good, bed great, kitchen very comprehensive. WE often use Quests in Melbourne and they are consistently good to very good.

The room is complete, with a kitchen and utensils. It also has a washing machine and dryer. Clean and quiet place. Close to places to eat.
Very satisfied!
