Friendly efficient and most of all knowledgeable and friendly. A few repeats there. Easy to talk too, Janet knew her stuff and gave clear succinct advice and recommendations for the footwear I have and the footwear I might get in the future. Can't get better than that.

Nathan Eadie is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, friendly & caring. He has made a huge difference in my life & helped ease my pain levels greatly so I can enjoy walking again. Unfortunately, I will be the first person to soil the perfect reviews on Queensland Foot Centres. It is certainly not my intention; however, I am unable to email the proprietor directly. I have been seeing William Henneken for my podiatry needs short of a decade. He has been amazing. His knowledge and expertise are outstanding. Without his help and my diligence in continuing the exercise routines, I would still be suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. Upon booking, I noticed that William no longer consults at the Sherwood clinic, so I booked an appointment at the Woolloongabba clinic. At first, I was unable to find a parking spot. I had to drive around three times to find an available parking spot. Upon my initial appointment, I asked reception if they had another clinic that Will would be available for my final orthotic fitting. He was available on the 15th of January, at Bowen Hills Medical Specialist Centre, that had plenty of parking. I ordered my new orthotics, paid in full and booked the later appointment at Bowen Hills. Unfortunately, when I arrived at Bowen hills 15 minutes early for my appointment, reception informed me they have attempted to contact me twice by phone that my orthotics have arrived at Woolloongabba instead of Bowen Hills. I reside an hour’s drive away (with traffic) from Bowen Hills and I was unable to answer the phone during my drive. Although this may seem like a simple error, I was disappointed. I rushed to Woolloongabba and had my orthotic fitting with Jamie Walker. Because of my lateness, due to the clinic’s error, the fitting felt rushed. Although I was thankful Jamie was able to accommodate. In hindsight, I should have rescheduled with Will for another date. However, I am back at work, teaching a full load next week, on my feet for 5 hours and I was desperate for new orthotics. Unfortunately, as I was about to exit the clinic’s parking lot, a truck blocks my vehicle for ten minutes for a large delivery. The building was renovating that morning. I implore QFC to reflect on this situation and revise on processes and practices as the clinic continues to grow. It could have been avoided if administration checked patient orthotics the day before an appointment, or prior to confirming the appointment via e-mail or sms. I received my sms confirmation on Monday, two days prior to the appointment. Patient satisfaction is no different to customer satisfaction and due to this, I am reluctant to return.

Easy to get an appointment. Details recorded electronically beforehand to save time. Really clear explanations of what was going wrong with foot and footwear with careful consideration of my needs. Highly recommend this practice.
