Lovely and shady with open areas. There’s a huge playground/picnic area for families and also an area away from there for off leash dogs to play.
The Botanic gardens join this large parkland to give a really beautiful walking area.

The park is truly amazing, and it's probably the safest one with all the surveillance cameras.
There are many festivals and events throughout the year. There is also an excellent spot to have fireworks.

Visited Queens Park during the Carnival of Flowers. Visual sensory got a workout. A beautiful park with large trees providing shaded areas . Plenty of parking. The flower garden beds were beautifully arranged and planted with an array of contrasting colours. The blooms were amazing. It's definitely a place to visit.

This beautiful and huge park is located in central Toowoomba, the City of Gardens. At springs, the garden comes to life full of flower displays - 2024, the 75th year. So many trees, expanse of luscious greens

Visited while the 2024 Carnival of Flowers were on my 1st time attending a Carnival of Flowers and it's was spectacular !!!
Such a gorgeous display of colours & blooms ...
Queens Park was a hive of activity with people, children, music, rides, activities, food, dogs, laughter, bees & FLOWERS !!!!!! 🌸🌼🌹🌺🪻🌷⚘️🌿

One of the two best public parks in Toowoomba second only to the Laurel Banks Park which is not too far. The historical society building is close by. Toilets are close by and plenty of parking.
On Saturdays there are markets held across the road from here besides the 'Corn and Cobb' museum
