My partner and I visited around 1 pm, we drove 10-15min to go this cafe as a friend recommened them. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel welcomed upon arrival. I asked the lady for a menu and whether they offered all-day breakfast. She confirmed they did but said she won’t be able to cook as she’ll need to keep an eye out for other customers because she was alone, and it was her busiest time—even though my partner and I was the only customer there. She was a bit rude about it and it made us feel like we couldn’t order anything. But to make it easier for her, we ordered an acai bowl, even though I really wanted something from the kitchen.

The hospitality was disappointing, and she even closed the kitchen early because of us, while people from the neighboring establishment were still using it. The acai bowl was good, but I was disappointed with the overall hospitality.

We get the acai here fairly frequently and the portions are always great for the price. Always generous with the fruits, Bischoff sauce and the granola which I very much appreciate and beats the other competitors in the area.

Quiet, contemporary little cafe on the outskirts of the bustling Auburn Centre.

Great food paired with great customer service. Prices are fair as the food was well-prepared and delicious.

Parking can be a problem as there are only a few spots available out front, but other than that, I do recommend visiting Queen’s Cafe!

I and my family come here regularly to get acai and we love it. However today I got bad customer service experience with the Philippino lady with hijab. when I walk in to order she was standing backaway from counter and said "what do you want" ? I said can you come close to the counter and take my order perhaps say how can I help you politely? She didn't say anything.. she came took the order I asked how much? again in rude way she point the cashier screen "here" I was disappointed with her attitude I felt like I wasn't welcomed. By the way the Indian lady who work there normally was very polite and good in customer service .
I will give one more chance this cafe
if the owner doesn't talk to this lady and change her attitude I will not come back again.

Lovely place, I walked in just to have a look and the kind owner automatically greeted me and I ended up having an amazing brunch, ordered the tomato & cheese omelete with juice with watermelon and pineapple...food was amazing you can tell made with fresh produce. Service was lovely great location will go back again
