Has a great night setting Simple Plan and The Offspring. Unfortunately no disabled queues to go in so I was nearly knocked over a couple of times with people barging in. But there was a disability line to get merchandise, so that helped. Indoor staff were lovely and very helpful and it is a great arena to hear live music.

My last experience at Qudos Bank Arena before its current name change was more than a decade ago for a Disney On Ice show for our kids. Far from the upper deck we had trouble making out the actors facial features.

This time we tried GA, or the standing floor near the stage, due to the last minute planning. We did reasonable research and stayed on the floor for the entire show. To start with, the arena's website has good information and advice.

Parking is available next door at the P1 carpark. Please see my detailed review there. Train and other options are also available so consider what's right for your group.

Drinking water is provided throughout the arena to combat dehydration. First aid stations are also placed throughout the arena. I did not use the toilets or any of the food outlets so no comments on them.

The arena as a whole in terms of stage effects is excellent. Giant backdrop screens cleverly conceal the backstage exits. The camera system tracks the actions precisely, a wonderful job by the camera crew. Lighting through floodlight, spotlights and lasers, puts on a dazzling display along with carefully planned flame and fireworks. What a night.

Special thanks to all the stage crew, the security staff and the paramedics. They blend into the darkness when the spotlight is elsewhere but their dedication ensures a safe show running smoothly on time.

Qudos Bank Arena was the best place to host one of the biggest artists on the planet.
Hans Zimmer Australia 2025 Tour in Sydney was a blast and the Arena was fantastic in terms of light show, sound system, and the seats were quite comfy. The view was great and Hans Zimmer performance was marvelous as usual.
The security checks were fast & smooth. I highly appreciate that the Arena's website shows you the view for each seating section, so that you have an idea on how your stage view will be like before booking your tickets.

Went to Qudos Bank Arena for Dua Lipa’s concert and it was truly magical! It was our first ever concert together as a couple, and it turned into such a special, unforgettable night. We loved our seats—they were comfortable with a great view—and the arena itself felt spacious and welcoming. Staff were super friendly, and having food and drinks available just made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back for another event!

I’ve been here few times for different events. The venue is very large and great. The staff quality depends on the event.

The food quality is very average, survival level food.

Drinks are ok. They put the alcohol in a plastic cup and they don’t give you the can.

If there is a large event, lots of uber / Didi / taxi cars are waiting outside, ready, which is nice.

Our seats were on the highest level & far at the back but I was still quite happy with our view!! The only negative was the light bar hiding some of the tv screen.. The refreshment areas didn’t allow cash payments which left us with no water because we couldn’t transfer money when inside the building as it has cell block. Still enjoyed the concert, hard not to!!

The seats/views are good but the food and beverage facilities are lean for the number of patrons. There also aren’t a lot of toilets so you have to leave before the interval to avoid queueing for an eternity.

The security is over the top making you check a tote bag for $10 in the cloakroom and letting others through with bigger bags. They claim the $10 is for charity but won’t disclose the charity or provide a receipt for tax purposes. Dodgy.

Qudos Bank Arena provided a solid venue experience for the *Falling in Reverse - Popular MonsTOUR*, with additional performances from Black Veil Brides and Hollywood Undead. The arena itself was spacious, air-conditioned, and well-equipped to manage the extreme heat outside (38°C), making the overall atmosphere much more comfortable. We opted for an Uber to and from the venue, which made navigating the crowds much easier, and there was plenty of security and staff on hand to ensure smooth entry and assistance throughout the event.

However, there was some disappointment regarding the bar situation. While you’re required to purchase a drink that's already in a plastic bottle, it’s then poured into another plastic cup, which felt unnecessary and extremely wasteful. The price was also on the higher side, with two bottles of Pepsi costing nearly $16, which seemed a bit steep for the experience.

Overall, Qudos Bank Arena provides a great setting for live events with excellent facilities, though a few areas, like the drink service, could benefit from some improvement.
