Horrible customer service, I got an offer from booking.com with a good price advertised. Paid for that… couple minutes later received a message asking for me to cancel the booking because they had a “glitch” on the system and they could not honour the price. I was dismissed with no room and no other option. Completely unprofessional

I've stayed here about 10 times for work, and highly recommend it.

The staff are lovely and very helpful, very generous and very casual. At times they can seem too relaxed and it doesn't help when you're in a rush...

The rooms are modern and spacious, but the cleaners don't pay attention to detail. While I do love this hotel and the staff at reception, the cleaners aren't the best. 4 out of my 10 or so stays the microwave and oven were both dirty still, and the walls either need to be repainted or thoroughly cleaned as there were black marks along them.

The pool is heavily chlorinated, but the spa is amazing and the view from the pool and spa is amazing! There is a great little sauna too.

The intercom system works really well and I had no issues with bringing guests up to my room.

There isn't daily housekeeping, so you do need to go to reception for fresh towels.

Bare in mind, a parking spot is $20 a night, but there are a few free parking spots on Henry Street and visitors parking is 4 hours max. - however it isn't watched carefully...

The hotel is very close to the city - an easy 10-minute stroll to Queen Street.

Overall, I love the hotel and will happily stay there again!

Good location. Spacious rooms/appartments. Nice and clean. We appreciated the saunas and the pool during our stay a lot. There’s a cafe Resturant right downstairs which is so handy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My stay was great. Beds are comfy and the apartment is very spacious. Water pressure was good on the twelfth floor and it was nice and hot. Little comforts like this make me happy, no-one likes a luke warm shower that just dribbles out.
I would stay here again in a blink, good location and parking spaces are a decent size, no problem parking a late commodore and opening your door wide.

Do not waste your money here!!
We arrived thinking we were about to have a great and comfortable stay, well we were wrong! Firstly when we arrived we noticed we only had one VERY thin pillow on our beds so we requested another one and were told we could not get another pillow in our room this gave us a shock as when you pay good money to stay at a hotel you expect comfort! Then after that we went to have a shower and even on the coldest the shower could possibly go it was burning hot! This is very unsafe especially if it was a child who got into the shower! So now we couldn’t have a comfortable sleep nor could we have showers! So we went out to our balcony to try and enjoy the rest of our stay where guests in the floors above us kept spitting on us, after we asked the guests to stop and them not listening we were forced to go and complain about them and we were told that it would be taken care of ASAP, after another 40mins pasted they were still spitting on us and now also throwing cigarettes and food down! So we complained again asking what was going on as we were told it would be taken care of, from there we were told these guests will be removed from the hotel as it states everywhere there is no tolerance for throwing things of the balcony! So we waited another 2 hours and this was all still going on at this stage we couldn’t even sit out on our balcony so we were very frustrated and had to go and ask again, now this time the lady at the desk said there was nothing they could do as these people were checking out the next day? Absolutely disgusted by their lack of communication or care for people who pay to stay in their hotel we were then told they would find some way to compensate us but as we checked out the same lady who said that to me didn’t compensate us in any way nor give us any sort of apology! I will never stay here ever again and will be telling all my friends and family to stay far away from this place!!!

The staff were very friendly, however the room was a huge let down. Tape covering the holes on the sofa, dirty cutlery and crockery in the cupboards, shower didn't look like it had ever been scrubbed and we had no towels. Balcony view was beautiful, and the spa and pool on the rooftop were great.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Reception service was horrible. Was not a 24/7 check in, made to wait outside the building for 40 minutes while the building manager made his way to us. He did give us free parking in the end to make up for it but then also tried to double charge us for the room. Limited basic bathroom amenities and kitchen utensils available too. Bring your own chopping boards guys!

Update: Been more than 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten back my $200 “safety deposit”.
