Dr. Espen is truly a remarkable presence. Having attended his facilitation events now a few times, I am continually amazed by the depth of transformation that takes place in my life! His quantum advanced experiences, training, and courses seamlessly integrate science, research, and evidence-based teachings with the profound spiritual connection that so many of us seek.

When I first discovered Dr. Espen, I was feeling lost, burned out, and overwhelmed, carrying unprocessed trauma that I had pushed aside for too long. Hi Dr Espen, as you predicted it takes a while to sink in and process.
After I participated in the one day on line event, I was quite overwhelmed.
May I suggest: When people are interested after this event, give them a helping hand. The only time I have been tought to breathe was through a slap on my bum.
Almost never did anything like yoga.
It is very difficult to observe the movements on stage and doing them at the same time. Not knowing the meaning of the words you use. A introduction to both to give people some guidance and practice before they go to the three day event. Will make participants more confident.
I wish I didn't waste your time.

Dr Espen's teaching method is very engaging and interesting. You will learn so much about yourself and will love it.

Just give it a go. That was my mentality going in to the 3-day Quantum Advanced event as I was definitely skeptical but open to trying new things. I’m now two weeks post-event and am eating better, cooking things from scratch, exercising more, getting stronger, and feeling a renewed sense of focus with my life. I’ll admit it does feel a bit crazy at times (such as dancing and crying and breathing in a room full of strangers/soon-to-be mates), but the event empowers you to work on issues that you yourself want to work on. Do they market their additional products to you throughout the event? Yes. Did I feel pressure to buy anything though? No. I thought it was actually done really well in terms of anyone who’s stuck or struggling in their life, they have an option available to help you with next steps if you want it. Dr Espen and team are fantastic, the things I learned about the body and mind were pretty freaking awesome, and every single person I met was an absolute lovely human, so even if you just want somewhere to meet other like-minded people trying to better themselves and their lives, this is where you’ll find them.
