So accommodating and great friendly service! Clear and concise instructions when checking in.
We had a flight cancellation and were after 1 room after midnight. After 20+ hotel phone calls later these guys happily took us in. Very grateful.
Highly recommend to anyone staying around the area.
Secure parking. Street access easy for deliveries. Lift access as well as stairs. Not too noisy. Friendly cleaning staff. Tidy room. Very soft and comfy bed with a quiet aircon. Good curtains.

Thank you so much for the early check-in. This motel completely exceed expectations. The room is larger than expected and oh so very clean! The amenities are basic but the very convenient location means most things are close by. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We arrived in Sydney earlier than anticipated so I called ahead to request an early check-in and was relieved to hear it was no problem. I cannot overstate our appreciation for the first class hospitality. We stayed here due to a family emergency and needed to be as close as possible to a family member. Due to the early check-in we could rush to the motel, drop bags and freshen up before heading straight to the sick fam. It made a very stressful time just that bit easier. I was not sure what to expect as we usually go luxe and make a holiday out of our Sydney family visits. Our stay has been a very pleasant surprise. There's not much to do, but it's close to Concord.
The rooms are very clean, the size of the rooms could be bigger. The bathrooms are presentable. However, it could be renovated so the shower is larger. The welcoming staff member was delightful, really lovely gentlemen.

My overnight stay was great. Room was good. Comfy bed. Very pleasant reception staff. The road was busy and there were a few noisy planes but it settled down. Personally I would like a mug rather than a tiny cup and saucer. There is limited parking on site although I did get a space. I would definitely stay here again

Pretty good stay! Mattresses were super comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Only thing I didn't like was that when we would come back to our room we would find our stuff moved around unnecessarily. We also never got tea topped up.

Great space, very comfortable bed and pillows. Parking very limited and tight, but it is the city so free is good.

The hotel it’s self is not to bad. The gate closes sometime around10, or 12 depending who is working. The beds are comfy, house keeping just walked in one time with out knocking which was bad! Because I was in the middle of something! One time I pulled the sheet back and it had a mark on it. House keeping was down and they changed it one I seen the day after I checked in. Over all it was a good experience 🙂 the staff are quiet accomodation 🙂
