I leave a review based on- it’s a 3star hotel.

The rooms were clean, bathroom renovated with good pressure.
Bedding was clean and comfy.
Service was great with easy check in.
I’d definitely be back for next work event.

Or room was clean the Kingsize Bed was excellent however .....the toilet seat was broken wife was not happy one bit. Spabath not working. Booked our bedroom /continental breakfast only to find it's not served on Weekends. Room for improvement 6/10

Took a standard double room at the last minute based on location and price. The room rate is one of the best i could find. Pleasantly surprised to find a modern well appointed room that has been recently renovated. Small but with everything you need, the room was bright and clean with crisp, good quality linen. The bathroom was large and the rainhead shower an absolute winner. A small table and basic kitchen appliances (toaster, kettle) etc allow for breakfast prep for those so inclined. The hotel also offers a variety of breakfast and dinner options prepared at the attached restaurant. A flying trip for us this time but I would definitely book here on any future visits. The room rate is also a big winner.

Stayed here recently. Booked a King Suite with a Spa Bath. Paid the extra specifically for the Spa, upon using it discovered that the buttons/controls didn’t work. Thought possibly that it was broken or something and that’s why.

We informed the receptionist on checkout that the buttons/controls didn’t work and were told that ‘NONE’ of the Spa Baths worked. We said that we had specifically booked a room with a Spa and paid extra for it and to find out on checkout that none of the Spas were actually Spas and instead only Baths was falsely advertising their rooms. Receptionists told us that they were changing the listings. No offer for reimbursement or cheaper booking for a future stay. Nada, nil. No real accountability from staff.

Nice Hotel otherwise but anyone wanting to book a King Suite for the Spa Bath be aware that you aren’t getting one that works as it should. If we stay again will only be booking a standard room.

Had a 4 night stay no hot water for the whole stay. Staff claimed everyday that the plumber was coming. Absolutely the worse customer service and the worse hotel stay i have ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place stay at your own risk.

We got free upgrade here to queen suite when we checked in last night. Rooms were good and comfortable. Hot water shower was awesome. Self checkin facility was there as well as reception was covered at night too. Continental Breakfast was available at $11/person.

Beds always seem comfortable at quality inns, no change here. Generally nicer to be in than other quality inns I have stayed at.

Our family booked two double rooms and we were impressed with the cleanliness and presentation of the rooms and spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable, all electrical appliances including air-condition were good and the service was great. Best value for money we have had in quite a while. Location great and convenient with no noise from the passing traffic. Happy to highly recommend it to any one.
