Nice hotel. Price is great & location is good. Reason it’s 3 stars it’s due to the rooms not having hot water multiple times. We came in a group & had 14 rooms in total. We had no idea how big this place was and ended up being separated from each other. (If I had known I would have just booked the same rooms so we’d be together)

because we were so far from each other it was hard for the adults to keep an eye on the kids to which resulted in many noise complaints but with rooms being so far (10 min walk) we weren’t always able to monitor them.

The exhaust fan fell off the ceiling but thankfully didn’t injure anyone….

There was a power outage in one of the rooms so everything in the fridge got spoiled. The reception was great & had it fixed straight away so that was all good.

Besides the hot water & noise complaints we kept getting it was a nice hotel. Nice pool, great breakfast!

Was visiting a client nearby, so wanted to stay locally. Came across this motel and found it ticked all the boxes and was competively priced. Ended up with a comfortable and clean room, with comfy bed. Room was well away from the main road and was quiet. Had a good night sleep, bathroom and shower worked a treat.|They have a restaurant but I did not eat there. Would be a good spot for families to stay too.|Definitely a good spot to stay and will be back again in future.

5 minutes from many services and facilities. Rooms were very spacious and
comfortable as we had the deluxe motel room. I have stayed here before and also recommend the villa with 2 rooms. Buffet breakfast is a hit! Can accommodate dietary requirements.

We have stayed here a few times & really can't fault it. On one occasion due to circumstances beyond their control our overnight stay wasn't as it should be, however the reservations manager Roy McCarroll went above & beyond to correct this. Not only would we stay again, & recommend it but also commend Roy for his professionalism & work ethic, we hope Quality Hotels appreciate this guy!

Breakfast at the Restaurant is like experiencing a second sunrise thanks to the enthusiasm friendliness and expertise of Cho and Maria. They always make my stay a joy. The other amazing feature of Robertson Gardens is the provision of high quality hand wash body wash shampoo and conditioner. I saw a review complaint from a guest claiming the body wash was actually shampoo. What a traumatic experience that must have been. I am already looking forward to my next stay at this wonderful place.

Such a pity personally. This specific place I have wanted to visit for years…
my partner calls up to make a reservation for the same night hrs in advance and we’re told all is fine to come and check in.
We’ve ubered across town setting us back just over $100 to get there. This left us having to pay cash for our stay, this was no issues for us we were even prepared for an exaggerated but understandable deposit fee because we only had cash.
Instantly upon arrival at about 10pm in the pouring rain my partner is told there was no reservation made and that we were not allowed to pay cash for the room.
So we’ve had to go to almost 5 different places at 10-12 at night looking for somewhere else to stay because we were unaware of this ridiculous policy.

Paying cash or card is optional almost anywhere my partner and I were not informed that this place would not take our cash. It should be up to the hotels staff to inform people of this information.

Honestly I’m beyond disappointed with my experience with this facility. I wouldn’t recommend so much that I felt the need to leave this review and details of my experience.

It's our go to when we're in Brisbane.
There's enough room for our daughter to have a room of her own.
There's a good playground, games room and plenty of space for families.
The restaurant is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The only problem we had with the hotel was the tv remote, wouldn’t recognise the inputs, volume up was volume down, volume down was volume up, mute didn’t work. Otherwise yeah it was your average hotel
