Impeccable service. Whilst there last w/end a steward serving my parents in their 80s enquirer if they needed anything now or on landing. They were so much impressed. Had not been asked that since they started flying to Canberra instead of driving. Really nice to know that some people pay attention. Gold star to that lovely man

Qantass just terrible in general. Can't even pick business seat you want when paying full fair. Then random upgrades and flight attendants get the front seats and take the meals so there's no choice by for fill paying business customers.

Very tasty dishes to choose from. Flew on a Saturday and really didn't mind the 3 hour flight delay in the end. Plenty of seating and good selection of wine and other drinks to choose from. Staff were really helpful and friendly. I was hoping for more power outlets or USB charging points. I did find some under the TV screens but those seats may not always be available.

Flew business class internationally and they lost my bag. Seat actually had a fingernail on it returning and a used water bottle. Baggage didn’t arrive within 2 1/2 hours in Sydney. Had to leave it to catch connecting flight and that was beyond stressful. On the way over the lounges were all torn and food old and stale in Qantas club. Get home and their courier leaves me a message saying bag was delivered to my house and no bag. Some smart ass from Qantas rings me telling me I was playing loud music so courier didn’t deliver? I am 45 years old and had been home all afternoon- think the courier went next door- and now apparently I have to make my own way to the airport to pick up my bag. As a child I recall being proud of our national carrier. I have flown two other airlines internationally in recent times and their service far surpasses Qantas… won’t be surprised if their competitors wipe them off the map in this environment. Won’t be ever using them again and think the airline has become a national embarrassment

Good selection of food with barrister made coffee. Clean and very roomy. Not the usual announcements that annoys whilst been on conference calls . Big for Canberra airport with lower traffic flow compared to major cities such as Sydney and Melbourne
