The worst manicure experience I ever had. I went there to remove fibreglass nail extension, the lady manually removed my nails. After I complained she used the drill, which was a horrible job. My nails are all broken and damaged now. I don't recommend anybody to go there it's a waist of money, the technicians are rude not polite and they don't work well.

Not recommended at all. They are very rude, provide terrible and rushed service. I asked questions about what a manicure included, and they responded rudely without even looking at me. Everything is super dirty and used. The service was awful, and the staff extremely disrespectful. She finished my manicure and, without giving me any explanation, just said "all done" and walked away to eat. When I tried to get up, she said, "Don’t move, your nails are wet," all while chewing food with her mouth full. Absolutely not recommended.

Please do yourself a favour and never go here.
Filed my nails down so thin that the nails are super thin and my fingers are in pain. Told them it was hurting, they didn’t care. Completely ruined my natural nails, definitely going to take time to heal.
Also very unsanitary and rude service.

Went and had a pedicure - worst nail salon I have been to.
The equipment looks unhygienic, and my nails weren’t cut evenly - one big toe nail was way shorter than the other.
Don’t waste your money going here. Very slow and don’t do a good job at all.
Sadly I wasted money here when I could have done a much, much better job at home. I went an hour before they closed, and they prioritized cleaning over my pedicure. Really, really bad experience.

Sadly disappointed with my manicure. They didn't do a good job of removing my cuticles, and by the next day I had lost nail polished kn every nail, despite having a very laid back weekend. Photo show how little was left after 2 full days.

Understaffed so rushed work. Only did one coat, so looks patchy. Cut my cuticle doing some unnecessary cuticle trimming. Watched tools that can be sterilized used between clients with no cleaning whatsoever. No single use items other than gloves. Shudder to think last time brushes and clippers where cleaned.
Not impressed for $50.
Have previously had a leg wax here and the backroom is very untidy and appeared dirty.
Staff are always polite and lovely I think main issue is management not prioritising hygiene standards.
Won't be back unless hygiene standards improve dramatically.
