the places is good and all stuff on table and everything is very nice friendly stuff but I’m very sad because the wc is very bad when you go to play on. You need long time. Stay on the table sometimes you need use the toilet but last time I can’t because is very dirty

Bunch of other reviews talking about this one staff member with attitude. Agree.
Maybe take out your AirPods when I’m ordering food and drinks then you won’t mess up the order?
Would appreciate if she didn’t vape right onto the food she was making for us.
Bathroom is disgusting.
Tables are average.

I visited around 2pm on October 13th and the female staff was really rude and threw my car key at me. I don't want to visit here again. If I could give a minus rating, I would give it -100 stars.

Came in to play some pool and was not disappointed. Staff were good had no probs just pay and play simple. Good price and good music along with good people to play against.

Staff are friendly, tables are in good condition but their bathrooms are disgusting definitely need to CLEAN the bathroom and repair.
Visited again last night 23/12/ 2024 and the bathrooms are absolutely unacceptable. YOU NEED TO HIRE A CLEANER.
I just paid for membership but I will be finding another pool hall that values their customers health.

The best pool place in Brisbane!!!! Love this place!!! Great service and environment ! Very spacious and cool juke box with so many varieties of song !! And it is also the only place in Brisbane full of professional players ! So you can come down to have fun and even learn from one of the best!

Q9 is awesome - new owner Tommy is super friendly. Wishing him the best of luck with his new business! Prices are competitive and luckily not as busy as the other pool outlets in the area.

We are regulars . We spend couple of hundred every single week at this place .

And this is the service we get .

Check the pictures . We complaint few times however there is no response from anyone atall

No cues
No decet tables .

All the guy at the counter said " thats all i have got , cant help"
