Great location, have been staying at the property since it opened, and wouldn't stay anywhere else on the GC.
Staff are incredibly hospitable, no request goes unanswered, and my unit is perfect.
Great facilities and the property is always updating where necessary.
Highly recommended for families and singles on vacation, as well as corporates wanting to stay near the conference precinct (short 2 minute tram ride away).
Thank you once again for making my stay away from home comfortable and memorable.

Our experience at Q1 was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was sparkling clean and beautifully maintained. We were originally booked for a unit on level 25, but they surprised us with an incredible beachfront unit on level 51 – what a treat! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was unforgettable.

Although room service isn’t available, they made sure to clean the place while we were out, which was a nice touch. The service overall was fantastic – the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the Gold Coast with everything within easy reach. If you’re looking for luxury, convenience, and spectacular views, Q1 is the perfect choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Location : one of the best locations on Surfer's Paradise and Gold Coast. ||All the neighbouring attractions are mostly at walking distances from Q1. Restaurants, shopping, clubs, pubs, convenience stores, liquor stores are all nearby. ||Also you can reach the beach within 5 minutes and the beach is pristine . Some rooms offer a great view of the ocean. Tip : The higher the floor, the better the view. ||The Tram station is just across the street. ||Service : If you are someone who usually stays in Hotels, you might be disappointed by the speed. ||Also if you are staying for a longer time and like cleanliness, opt for Room service while making a booking. ||Amenities : The rooms generally have all the required amenities . But some of the appliances are old.||Design : The most weird design in my opinion. If you are travelling with family/ friends , here's a thing you should know. ||The room doors and the bathroom doors do not have latches. Also , the room in which we stayed, the gallery had a glass wall access to the main bathroom. ||Also the additional room does not have an attached bathroom. Do check other options in an around Cavill Street if you are looking for a good location. Choose Q1 if you want a spacious , well equipped room and if you have the time to use other hotel aminities. ||

We had an incredible stay. We spent 3 nights in a beautiful two bedroom apartment on the 47th floor and then didn't want to leave!||The apartment was super clean and had absolutely everything we could have wanted. The kitchen was really well equipped with a large fridge dishwasher a cooktop and oven.|Tea and coffee was replenished daily and we had housekeeping service each morning.||The hotel is beautiful and very close to everything you need to see. The beach is on the doorstep and the g-link train is on the corner.||Car parking was free, undercover and safe which was an added bonus.||We will be back, it was truly amazing!

Location was brilliant. Surronded by various dining and food choices. Shopping and the beach just short stroll away. Had a rental car garaged, but with the tram straight out front, we didn't really need the car much. The service was welcoming and friendly staff, helpful. The cleaners from housekeeping were amazing- so clean and fresh everyday. Honestly the cleanest shower I've experienced out and about in accommodation..highly recommended this experience 👌

The view speaks for itself. The room was nice, we had a 4 bedroom for a big group. There were 2 dishwashers and 1 wasn't working. The decor was modern, rooms were clean. It was a nice stay. So close to the beach. The swimming pools were spacious.

I had requested a high room but got a low 1, I requested to be on the same floor as the family I was travelling with... we were 3 floors apart and then couldn't get to each others rooms as the door card only sent you to your floor. There weren't enough beds even though I had requested 1 queen plus 2 singles, I got 1 queen plus 1 double, when I phoned reception all they could offer me was a roll away fold up bed. The rooms didn't have block out blinds so they were very lit up during the night and very bright from 5:30am. We could also hear alot of street and traffic noise. They took a whopping $300 deposit which hasn't been returned despite me leaving the room clean and tidy... Very unorganised!!!! Considering they wanted to charge an $530 for 1 extra night, I would have expected and better experience then what I got and won't be booking again with Q1.

We looked everywhere for accommodation at surfers, finally booked Q1, exceeded our expectations, although quoted as a 1 bedroom apartment for family, it had a second bedroom with 2 single beds for the kids, coming from Melbourne, the location to everything is superb, I can’t recommend this place enough, outstanding service of our apartment and the facilities are fantastic.
If you have a family, come here, the best.
