I was lucky enough to have Annette for my wedding dress alterations and I cannot recommend her enough. She was so easy and professional to work with, explaining all the different steps and outlining different options for each alteration that was necessary. During the process, I had a sudden emergency trip back home which interfered with our alteration appointments but Annette assured me that we would be able to work around this and I still managed to get my dress finalized in time. Don’t look any further, this is the place to get your wedding dress altered. I had the whole bridal experience when working with Annette. She is so skilled in not only her craft but in the way she makes you feel! I seriously can’t recommend this business any higher.

They hemmed the dress to the perfect length as well as the train to suit the length for me! I loved the dress when I purchased it from LUV bridal but I fell IN LOVE with it after it was altered!

They do a very good turn around so you can make sure your gown is ready for your big day! Thank you Annette and team, you guys made me feel 10/10 and ready for my wedding day!

Cannot recommend Purple Pixie enough! Annette was incredible and so helpful through the whole process. Annette explained every step along the way, as well as the various options I had for raising the hem of my dress which had lots of lace detailing. It was also super helpful having a fitting appointment at the midway mark so I could see how everything was coming along. Annette even went so far as explaining bustling my dress to both me and my maid of honour and gave tips about things we may need on the day. My dress fit perfectly and made me feel amazing on my wedding day

Where to begin? Second to none, top quality service. Alterations generally take place over three appointments with your first fitting going over everything Annette suggests needs doing. There is no pressure to make an alterations you don’t want and she shows you several ways things can be done and what the pro’s & con’s (if any) are. Felt extremely comfortable in each appointment and never felt like any question was a silly question. Annette showed my MOH how to ensure I was in the dress properly, taught her how to do up the bustle etc. at my pick up appointment and we felt well equipped for the big day. Highly recommend Purple Pixie.

Annette completed the alterations for my wedding dress and I could not be happier. She was kind and patient throughout the process, explaining the changes in detail and the effects each change would have on the dress. She made improvements so that the dress was better than the bought condition and her attention to detail is extraordinary. Annette happily answered my Maid of Honour’s questions during the final fitting and we could film her doing the bustle to remove any stress. When putting the dress on for my wedding day, it fit perfectly and I was so comfortable. The bustle she made for the reception was easy to use and made the dress perfect for dancing the night away despite its long train. I cannot recommend highly enough.
