This morning I visited Pure Indulgence for the first time for a massage, facial, and pedicure. The massage and facial were nice, however, the pedicure was not my toe nails were cut way too short to the point they are bleeding and very sore, and they didn’t do shellac, which is really disappointing considering the money that was spent.

My first facial and body massage ever, and it went amazingly! She made me feel relaxed and pampered.
Would highly recommend Georgia! The facial was definitely my favourite and would for sure do another one in the future.

I booked in for a pedicure and wow it was one of the worst pedicures, I have ever received in my life. Firstly they tell me I have to get normal polish because there is no time for shellac, then they tell me that my treatment time will be shortened because she has to remove the shellac. She literally scrapes the polish of my toes. Let me tell you, the pain was indescribable and the lady was not empathetic at all. She just kept saying she doesn't have the tools. So for $90 I got bruised toes, she did no neatening up of my toes, cut the nails too short and didn't even massage me. Avoid them at all cost. I thought nail salons were bad! Poor service over all. Very upset customer! Its been more than a week any my toes still hurt. Hence the late post.

I had a massage and facial with Jordyn on Friday and it was amazing! I left feeling so relaxed and glowing. Jordyn was very knowledgeable and loved a chat, which I loved as it can sometimes be awkward not talking to your therapist for 1.5 hours. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to understand my skin concerns while recommending products but not pushing me to purchase anything. Next year will be the year of looking after myself more and I will definitely be back and asking for Jordyn again!
