We had a lovely stay! Fabienne was fantastic. She cooked us delicious, healthy breakfasts and was so helpful with local knowledge. The place has lovely views and the communal living area was a great place to relax and play games in the evening. The chalet was spotlessly clean and the bathrooms large and renovated which we appreciated.

Such an amazing place to stay! We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely location to celebrate our first year of marriage. Really comfortable beds, tidy rooms, heated floors in the bathroom and availability of a common area to play board games etc. Fabienne was such an incredible host. No request was an inconvenience, every breakfast was perfect and she was helpful and friendly. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Good views and nice staff, but it’s hard to give an entirely positive review after such a poor nights sleep. The soundproofing between rooms, the foyer and outside was so bad it sounded like other guests were literally inside your room. Glass surfaces like side tables probably didn’t help. Appliances should be checked more often when turning the rooms - only one of the two heater blankets was working. And the laundry service went pretty hard on the bleach, so there was a strong “swimming pool vs wet dog” smell from the get go. Overall it did not meet expectations :-/

Great chalet. Comfy and clean room, new and modern bathroom. The common room was great, big fire, TV, access to plenty of food and drink. Having parking on site is fantastic. Only a short stroll to pubs and restaurants. Great breakfast in the morning and Fab and Skip were excellent hosts! Definitely return.

Amazing accommodation that is spacious, comfortable and homey. It has a common living area with free access to a range of beverages - tea , coffee, hot chocolate, fresh orange juice etc. We truly appreciated the attentive and friendly hospitality that Fab extended to us. The breakfast she prepared for all guests every morning was the icing on the cake! Highly recommend to everyone who is visiting Thredbo.

Gorgeous chalet with only 4 rooms. We had a room with a King bed & a view up the slopes.|The bathroom had a heated floor, heated towel rails & the best shower ever!|The lounge area was very quaint with lovely furnishings & a long table & windows everywhere capped off with an open fire.|Fab was our host & she was absolutely "Fab"ulous! Full of information & just so keen to make our stay memorable. She cooked us brekky each morning.|We were lucky enough to have quite heavy snow in the morning- the first for the year!|Would highly recommend Pure Chalet to others.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay at Pure Chalet. Our room was perfectly clean and simply decorated, with beautiful views over the mountains. We were cosy and warm, with excellent heating and extra blankets provided. Our host Julie provided a generous and varied selection of breakfast options, including home baked bread, which set us up for long days on-mountain. The chalet is located at the top of the village, a short walk from restaurants. We would happily stay here again.
