I booked Punthill apartment hotels due to liking the extra room of an apartment compared to the cramped feel of a hotel room.
I was not disappointed.
The front desk was friendly, check in and check out was very smooth.
The studio apartment, was actually an apartment (compared to other places I've stayed at the claim it's a studio apartment).
A mini kitchen with everything you need for a few nights. The bedroom and living area are spacious giving you the ability to pace around.
The bathroom was also very large and spacious and also clean.
My only gripe would be the gym, it was a little underwhelming, limited equipment for working out. I'd highly recommend Punthill Apartment Hotels spend a few dollars here and spruce it up.

Overall I still rate this place highly for those who want a nice apartment. I'll definitely be coming back.

I read the mixed reviews for this place and booked with a little hesitation. We were very pleased with our choice. One bed room apartment was in our opinion the best of all the offerings in this area; and we have stayed at all the others in Bella Vista at some point. Friendly staff were most helpful. Nice clean and tidy room with everything for a self catered visit. Only negative was no complimentary bottle of water (not that you get that at any of the competitors in this area).

I had a function nearby to the hotel hence the reason for choosing this establishment.
Service attendants were absolutely lovely.
Room was clean and had everything you need.
Carparking was $25 p/night which was a joke considering this is within an industrial estate.

So the heating switched off for about 4hrs and wasn’t switch back on. It’s was freezing in the room and there isn’t any spare bedding. Reception desk closed at 11pm and was unattended.
Got to sleep about 3am once heating came back on.

The $200 deposit should be refunded back on the card at checkout but they will hold this for 3-5 business days loll.

No I won’t stay here again, simplify due to their one way approach with guests.

Yes I did a survey with the hotel and I’ve not heard from them as yet

Location is great for Norwest Business Park clients. Parking is an additional $25 per night or $18 if you park over 7 nights. We just ended up parking on the street as we were mostly out of town during day time. The location is very quiet and there are always staff at the check in counter. Lower levels are rented out for businesses. Sadly the cafe has closed down and the nearby cafe is at The Coffee Club which is just a few minutes walk. Walking distance to Norwest Marketown with supermarket and restaurants. Room was lower quality than we expected due to the price we paid. Single beds were tiny and mattress was very soft. Basic kitchen facilities. Noises started quite early in the morning due to nearby business site.

Highly Overpriced for the condition of the hotel, the prices being charged cannot be justified, nothing has been upgraded except the prices the management seems to think just by charging extra for everything they will retain or attract new clients then think again. There is ample parking which used to be free when this was Adina Apartments now that is an extra 20 dollars, the rooms are worn down and smell bad, the toilets have a permanent odour that does not go away. The Linen and cutlery needs an urgent upgrade, in fact the whole hotel does.
My advice is to get a better place around this area for a cheaper price.

My family and I had an incredible stay at Punthill Apartments in their 1-bedroom suite for 2 nights. The modern decor and spacious layout provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, allowing for convenient meals. The staff's friendliness and professionalism added to the overall positive experience. With its central location, I enjoyed easy access to nearby attractions. Punthill Apartments exceeded my expectations, making my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend it for a memorable and comfortable accommodation experience.

The hotel itself and the stay was lovely. Charlotte was amazing. It was the next part that has made me so angry.
I paid a $100 bond which was still pending an over a week later. When I asked my bank they said the hold was on for a month and needed an email from the hotel.

The hotel was rude and suggested I didn’t know what I was talking about and took 3 phone calls to email my bank. In the email they suggested I was using an old screenshot of the pending charge, implying I was lying. For what reason I don’t know , the bank can see it’s pending and suggesting to my bank that I am lying is disgusting and defamation of character .

All in all a great stay ruined by terrible customer service .

Efficient check in, rooms clean and fresh! The small balcony was a pleasant surprise and made viewing sunup fun.

Pillows were too soft but everything else was good.

The only drawback was the two emergency evacuations in the middle of the night!
