Have stayed here twice now. For the price, this is the best hotel in Sydney. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, parking is easy and service is friendly. Very easy to walk across to Panthers to grab dinner. The lounge downstairs is great to grab a coffee or drink. I’m not a fan of the buffet breakfast, so would skip this in the future, but otherwise I’d be happy to book again.

Fantastic stay at this wonderful new hotel at Penrith Panthers Rugby League Club. A welcome glass of champagne on arrival. Nice touch. The Penrith Panthers Leagues Club main foyer is about 50 metres and indoor skydiving is opposite the hotel entrance, as is the famous Harry's Cafe de Wheels. The Panthers Football Stadium is across the road. The hotel is next to the Western Sydney Convention Centre. ||Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and clean. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. Good lighting, with conveniently located switches, and plenty of convenient power points. Breakfast was excellent. Great selection in a very comfortable room on 1st floor - make sure you pre pay for breakfast as it is considerably cheaper when doing so. The ground floor cafe was a nice surprise - beautiful food, fantastic service and good coffee. Staff throughout my stay were very friendly and helpful. I'm a frequent visitor to Penrith and will definitely be staying again after this amazing stay.

Visited Panthers for The Sweet show. Booked the Pullman as a treat for my sister and I. From check in with a complimentary glass of chilled wine to a fast friendly checkout we were very happy.
Room was comfy, lighting good, plenty of pillow choices.
Buffet breakfast was varied and fresh, the smoked salmon devine.
Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
Tiny little issue was the coffee pods not in the room when we arrived.
Highly recommend if you are visiting Penrith and surrounding areas.

What a beautiful hotel! I was so impressed. Georgia checked me in and gave me a glass of bubbles upon arrival and I also received a lovely hand written welcome card from her, bottle of wine and a cheese plate to nibble on while I unpacked. The room was SO luxurious. I really appreciated the study nook, the bathroom was immaculate and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast on level 1 was delicious with a wide choice and fantastic staff. I didn’t want to leave - there is a lot on offer in Penrith and I’m keen to come back.

A beautiful hotel, our room was spacious and well appointed.
The restaurant is very good, the food and service.
Friendly and helpful staff. The reception ladies Karla and Georgia, and Ian the F & B team member at breakfast were great.
The housekeeping lady was very good.
Overall the Hotel is so nice, we will return.

A comfortable modern hotel with good facilities and great complimentary car parking under hotel with lift straight to room. Staff engaging and pleasant. Breakfast solid like the smoked salmon but nothing special., capaccino although good an extra cost from the bar. We had a superior room which was spacious but the bathroom door fronted end of bed so a little off putting. Overall a little soulless which is expected of being newly built and its location|.

Stayed here for a few nights as we are attending competitions nearby. The overall hotel is great, looks and feels new. The hotel room window may not be of a thick layer and as a light sleeper person, I can easily wake up by the noise of the car doing donuts or wheelies outside after midnight.

The check-in staff were friendly, and credit to all of the F&B staff.

We would stay here again should we get another competition opportunity nearby in the future.

My Husband and I travelled from the Central Coast to attend our friends wedding nearby.
I booked a superior room at your hotel very easily on the hotel website. I was amazed at how wonderful my experience was from the moment I walked into the lobby. Your staff were so friendly and helpful, check-in was the most efficient and quickest I have experienced anywhere and I was also offerred a complementary drink on arrival.
My husband and I were very happy with our room (419). I loved the rainfall shower in the bathroom and our bed was super comfy, we passed out within minutes of returning from our friends wedding.
Breakfast the following morning was wonderful. Your resturant staff were attentive to all our needs and our coffee and eggs were brought out to our table in a timely manner. The food was of the highest quality and tasted amazing.
Your hotel overall has elevated Penrith as a destination. We look forward to staying in your hotel again in the near future. Thanks again to your outstanding staff, they really made our stay more enjoyable.
