Staff at reception were fantastic and fulfilled my request for a particular villa.
Our Villa was in a great location and comfortable.
The location was mostly quiet expect for some inconsiderate people in the villa across from us who were loud and did not think to close their door (there are noise restrictions after 10pm).
We will definitely return and request the same villa again.

Nestled in the picturesque Magenta Bay area, this lovely resort is situated right on the lush green Golf course. The resort boasts a myriad of impeccably adorned outdoor walking tracks, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, there are several inviting swimming pools for guests to enjoy, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Regrettably, the pool is currently undergoing maintenance, but I managed to capture a photo to remember the tranquil setting. The on-site restaurant is a delightful culinary experience not to be missed. Upon arrival at the reception, guests are welcomed with a refreshing citrus-infused cold water, setting a hospitable tone for the stay. The staff here exude warmth and are always ready to assist, and the lobby exudes a cozy and inviting ambience.

The meticulously cleaned and well-maintained restrooms further enhance the overall experience. Ample parking space is available near the reception area, making it convenient for guests with vehicles. Without a doubt, this resort is the ideal destination for a peaceful retreat with your loved ones.

Lovely golf resort off the M1. Top resort a little off its game lately. |Fantastic location and resort with plenty of facilities, unfortunately many facilities under repair and for the price charged the resort room we stayed in needed a good clean or new paint . |Beds comfortable and room was clean but well worn. |Paid for a sea view - but was “upgraded” to a three room villa which for two of us was way too big and we would have rathered a reduced price if our sea view was not available upon check in. |Restaurant options were good and the quality and price was good.

From the moment I drove into the resort I knew that I was going to enjoy this. I first knew about this hotel not long after it was built and have dreamed about coming here since. Firstly the lobby and facilities are amazing. It’s obvious that a lot of people come here to play golf. I just enjoyed the relaxing environment. I was really impressed with the room and how it was spacious and the bed was huge. Also having my own private balcony to look over the pool area was amazing. All of the staff I encountered were attentive and were very friendly. This place is paradise and I will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Pullman Magenta Shores Resort.
Very nicely laid out place with villas set in beautifully landscaped surroundings.
Enjoyed breakfast each morning, plentiful array of choices eaten overlooking a lake surrounded golf course.
Short walk to our studio apartment.
Best mushroom pizza ? in Shallows bar.
Will stay again when we next visit family.

Our stay was enjoyable. The town house was spacious and in a great location with access to the beach and pools.
Cleanliness could have been better with dirt on the floors, rubbish left from previous tenant and mouldy showers
We also had a lot of bugs in the house. So many gnat type flies in one of the bedrooms that our child wouldn't sleep in there.

As an Accor Gold Member, I recently encountered significant issues during my stay at the resort. When I requested a late check-out, I was informed it would cost $100. I mentioned my membership, but was told to discuss it again the next day. The following day, I was told that late check-out wasn’t possible because the hotel was fully booked. It seems that paying for late check-out is the only option, which feels unfair.

The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The strong smell of bleach made my head hurt, and there were cobwebs on the walls. The bedding was particularly disgusting—the inner duvet was black and stained, which is completely unacceptable.

Although I have visited this resort several times due to the convenient pool and golf facilities for my children, this experience has left me very dissatisfied.

Additionally, I encountered ongoing problems in the indoor pool area. The notice states that children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, yet I faced an incident where a woman yelled at my kids to leave because she was filming. My children were not being disruptive; they were simply enjoying themselves. It’s confusing and frustrating to encounter such behavior when we followed the rules.

Throughout my two-night stay, I faced multiple distressing situations, and I feel compelled to share this feedback.

Lovely resort to stay for a few nights with an amazing golf course for the golfers. There are 2 restaurants with really nice dishes. I am personally disappointed with staff services from front desk and restaurants. In all, it was a good holiday to stay at the Central Coast
