A comfortable stay, though the design is questionable with the glass between bed and bathroom. Room service was wonderful with very tasteful food. It was the perfect stay for our night before early morning flight home. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and organised a taxi for our trip to the airport. This hotel is close to Domestic, but only a short drive to International.

Amazing service, and the food was fabulous as always. We had free drinks with accor plus before dinner. The we bordered the gluten-free lamb and steak with seasonal greens. Loved the red wine lolz. Thank you so much, Zachary and Marcus, for your awesome service! See you next time 😁

Great stay. Quick friendly check-in. Room and bathroom clean. Bed and pillows comfortable, great sleep. There's a shuttle bus to both Domestic and International Terminals for $8. Easy walk from Domestic terminal or Air Train. If you're having breakfast, book the night before, it's $10 cheaper than walk up price. Breakfast is good and they cook eggs to order.

Exceptional Customer Service at Pullman Brisbane Airport Hotel

I have stayed at countless hotels over the years, but the customer service at Pullman Brisbane Airport Hotel was truly second to none during our stay. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to create an outstanding experience, making this hotel the absolute best when it comes to service.

I wish I could name every staff member who made our stay so special, whether in the restaurant, room service, reception, or even Kolin, who was helpful via email before our stay. A special shoutout to Markus in Apron Restaurant - his knowledge, professionalism, and warm hospitality embody true 5-star service. He is an absolute treasure - never let him go! Zachary was also a delight, providing exceptional service, along with Katelyn and the Restaurant Manager (whose name I unfortunately don’t know). The check in and check out process was great with Annaliese who was welcoming and professional in approach.

One of the most memorable moments was at breakfast, where every staff member, including the chef, took the time to personally greet us—something I have never experienced before. Even my husband, who typically prefers trying new hotels, insisted that we return, which is nothing short of miraculous!

The bed in room 806 was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was wonderfully quiet. I was certain we would hear aircraft taking off and landing, but to my surprise ... not a sound! We also loved having the coffee machine in the room, which was a great added touch.

Thank you to the entire team for an absolutely wonderful stay ... we can’t wait to come back!

Hotel great location. Restaurant great food! Service at Apron with Zachary being my server, was Awesome, attentive and truly loves interacting with customers! Zachary, is a gem for the best hospitality venue, he is fantastic! Great place!

Nice welcome from reception. Large king sized room. Clean with quality amenities. The pool is nice and warm with a number of loungers and tables. There’s a long narrow section for swimming away from the many shrieking kids.

I booked the shuttle to the terminal in advance through Specialised Transport Australia although reception said that most people book when they get to the hotel. Directions to walk from the domestic terminal to the hotel are in a video that you’ll find on the hotel website. That’s good to view in advance as it’s a bit of a hike but not too bad if you know where you’re going.

My wife and I have stayed in a lot hotel but this one is by far the best.
Yes it was a little bit pricey how totally worth it (you pay for what you get), the staff couldn’t be more helpful from the moment we stepped in till the moment we left.
The room was very space which our 1 year old love the space to run around in.
Room service was quick even at 3am when the jet lag and hungry had kicked in, even though the price was high (again you get what you pay for) the potion sizes was huge and the food quality was worth it.
When we travelling in and out of Brisbane we will definitely be staying here again.
