I was going to see Jenny and the girls for years when I had 2 instances of things being done poorly. The 2nd time I wanted my money back as I had blisters beside my big toe, after a pedicure. Jenny put up the biggest fight and refused until I made formal complaints to the shopping centre. I believe that I was labelled as someone who just wanted to get a free service but 5 months later I have had a round of antibiotics & still use an antibiotuc cream, couldn't go swimming due to the pain from the infection and my toenail is coming off. Too bad this business is so quick to judge people when they are concerned about something that has happened to their body.

This is the best quality nail shop and team I have encountered so far.
Every experience has been great, and they take great care of their customers’ nails. Shop is often fully, but no matter how long the wait is, I am always willing to wait.😻😻

I can't not say enough about this place! The staff are incredible. Jenny , Helen & Hannah are amazing all the ladies are! My son comes with me to get his feet done and he won't let me go anywhere else. He rates them 10/10. They are extremely friendly with my son as well they look after both of us. They are very professional I have never been to a nail shop that is like this one. I will not ever go to another nail shop ever... They do the best job on my nails too. Very happy & Professional absolutely love this place. It's so clean as well.

This is the only nail salon I will endorse! I go here when I’m in Brisbaneand it does not compare to any other salon. The service is exceptional and it explains why it’s always packed out. I came in for a pedicure w gel and got exfoliation, massage, and all sorts of other scrubs, hot towels. The girls work fast and efficiently and I have never left disappointed. The price stay the same so every visits you know exactly what you’ll be paying. The salon is clean and the massage chair are amazing with the full arm massage included in these chairs.
I am never having to tell them to be gentle or that soemthing hurts while filling as they are precise and delicate. This is place is a Hidden gem, other salons in forest lake mall but they are not even close to the service and care you will receive here.
I also got a manicure and full arm massage as well. Leaving extremely happy as it is amazing value for money and services are exceptional ❤️

Jenny and her team of talented ladies are the best in the business. Not only is this lady wonderfully kind and caring, but she is probably the best nail technician I have ever had in my 30 odd years of wearing acrylic nails. Highly recommend this business and so grateful to this beautiful lady every time I see her. Love you Jenny❤️

I live on the Gold Coast and work nearby to this wonderful nail salon in Forest Lake. I've tried many nail salons on the Gold Coast and nothing compares to the quality and the service I receive here.
I always wait to be in the area to get my nails done rather than go elsewhere if I can help it.

The ladies here are lovely.
However I’ve been going here for the longest time and each time my nails are getting less and less quality effort.

I went in today to get my nails fixed that they had done Thursday night and I just spent over 2 hours there yet the more I look at them the more issues I find.

I will definitely be finding a new salon from now on.

I went for the first time today, the last was very helpful and gave great advice. Loved the result. I've had acrylics for years, this was one of the best nail bar experiences I've had.
