I ate at the “ bistro”. Great surprise after breaking down near here!
Excellent fish, grilled flathead and chips with salad for $17.
Bought Take away prawn omelette and special fried rice. Very reasonable re prices and young lady at front, very nice. The cook was great.

The staff are very nice and provided a great service. Our room came with a complimentary drink each at the bar, which was a nice thing to recieve when arriving. I wasn't aware of the bond fee when we arrived as I had booked through a third party app. But was given the option to have it refunded via my card or cash upon checkout. It was nice that the staff accommodated for this. I would recommended this hotel as its close to major roads with some eateries in the immediate area.

I went for dinner with my partner tonight and had a prawn omelette. While into my first bite, I found the prawns still had the tails on. This is normally acceptable in dishes where you can see and remove the tails, but not in an omelette. My partners schnitty was also dry and way overcooked. Our grand daughter asked for a steak "medium to well done". The steak she got was almost raw. I have a feeling that there is new management in the kitchen, because in the past before they did the renovations, the food was great. Oh and prices have gone up by over 25%

Very interesting place. Is a very small restaurant part. Drinks are fare price and good selection. Seems it needs an upgrade. But overall the burger and chips are so yum sad no cheese comes with the burger so you have to pay extra

Louis is a bad manager “owner” he treated us with so much disrespect. The room service lady walked into me and my partner in bed sleeping. She didn’t even knock the door. Louis came in at 10:20am and started to go off at us for having a late checkout at 12. He didn’t even ask his crew about our stay. Mind you we have been a regular customer. He is so rude he didn’t apologise for the way he approached us in the room till we came down to resolve the issue. Louis for the future learn how to talk to customers. What can I say customers are always right.

Went for dinner with some families kid's had a great time running around the back even though there was no kids play area and their colossal burger was fantastic good service and pretty quick too
