MINIMALISTIC CAFE
The vibe is casual, tasteful, and simple.
Clean, uncluttered, and focused on coffee.
Indoor/outdoor seating.
A chess board, if so inclined, sits outside on a table. A steel clip next to a water bowl for client pets.

COFFEE
Excellent.
The large cup is the smallest volume I have come across so far compared with other local coffee shops within 2 km of each other.
Does the taste of the coffee justify the smaller size? I will leave that to you.

FOOD
Definitely not their focus.
No bagels were available the morning I visited, but a variety of pastries.
No GF options I could see.
I selected the savoury muffin ( pastry dough in a muffin shape ) packed with sundried tomato, with cheese & bacon on top.
It was delicious and a generous size.
I was not offered if I would like it heated? Looking around the cafe, I saw there was no microwave present.

OVERALL
The service was polite and prompt.
Good music welcomed you upon arrival, and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Discovered a fantastic coffee bar worth exploring during my travels today. I was immediately drawn to its indie and hip atmosphere, radiating a captivating aesthetic. The standout feature was undoubtedly the exceptional coffee, a refreshing departure from the typical light milky brews found everywhere nowadays.

This coffee was a delightful blend, impressively light on the palate yet bursting with a diverse array of flavours. It's a must-try for anyone seeking a unique and satisfying coffee experience.

Easily the best coffee joint in Alderley. Coffee is consistently great, vibes are immaculate, they're always playing bangers, fantastic merch. The owner pays a ton of attention of the atmosphere and branding of the space and it always feels like a welcoming and fun environment to be in. In addition to that, the wine nights are really cool and a great way to spend a weekend afternoon and evening. I cannot recommend Prio enough.

Priorities is the jam! I've tried my best, but I'm not able to source a better coffee in Brisbane. Every time I arrive into the vibrant and friendly atmosphere at Prio, the coffee is served with such brilliant consistency - full flavoured, beautiful latte art, and always delivered by a friendly face. This little spot is owner operated and totally worth supporting. If you're not sure where to get your next brew, look no further!

A true corner cafe, has both good coffee & vibes. Great staff. Finding a nearby carpark can get tricky at times. Highly recommended

Such a great neighbourhood spot. They sell wine, beer, bread, coffee and pastries, when I remarked they just needed cheese I was told they do something on Friday's.

I grabbed a wine, some coffee bean, a pastry and a coffee. All were great and if I can I'll be going back again.

Local middle aged man just walked by for a Cappuccino on a Saturday morning. Nice coffee, shame about the rude hostess. "Someone's Cappuccino?" was the response from her when my coffee was ready. Guy behind me (also a middle aged man) got the same service. Won't be going back as a result and won't be recommending it to my local friends either.

Amazing neighbourhood cafe, best coffee around. Beautiful space, lovely staff, the grassed area out the front is great for enjoying your coffee with your dog or kids.
