Spacious but minimal furniture and no rug made it a bit noisy. 2 seater couch only and it was grubby. The air conditioner filters were filthy and made the rooms smell damp.
There was food left on the grill in the oven so obviously it had not been cleaned.
Overall we enjoyed the stay and central location and secure parking.

Central to where we needed to be, room for our visitor to park. Large and spacious. Clean and tidy. Some minor wear and tear improvements needed. Secure off street parking. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Shopping village quick walk around the corner. We will probably stay here again. Thank you

The apartment was really nice and comfy. Staff were easy to talk to and are happy to help as best they can to make your stay enjoyable. Trains and Buses are all nearby, along with basic shops and food outlets. PA hospital is in view and Greenslopes hospital is only a very short drive away.

After high expectations from previous reviews I felt the need to review. ||* terrible smell 2nd floor||* fire detectors didn’t work||* blood stained doona||* stove/oven had electrical fault||* leak under laundry tub which flooded bathroom. ||* bottom level courtyards had dog poo around them and algae water in containers. ||This was all bought to management attention and most things fixed at different stages during our stay but that made it a very unpleasant stay. ||Other smaller things also but that was enough to make us leave early. Management did reimburse us two nights for the ongoing issues and we moved to another building for the next 9 days we had to stay in Brisbane.

Stayed for a wedding. Was a great stay, had to check out a day earlier due to a death in the family. They didn’t offer a refund of the last night so a bit disappointed. Recommend stay if you want to be close to the highway

I absolutely love the apartments at Princess Regent. The close proximity to transport, motorway, hospital and shops makes living in this quiet street perfect. Stuart is brilliant as building manager!!

Fabulous. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean, the staff were lovely. I would not stay anywhere else.
