Lock on shared toilet cubicle wasn’t working and whole cubicle needs a seriously thorough scrubbing all over.
Staff were wonderful. Helped me with my suitcase up the stairs, but had to struggle down in the early morning when I left. They asked me how my meal was, polite, engaging and helpful.
Light didn’t work in stairwell. No sliding lock on my room door(room 11 I think)- not cool for women alone.
Toilet amenities in room were great. Shower needs a revamp, a serious scrubbing and only 1 shared? No screen on bathroom windows, feels a bit exposed.
Good linens, and room amenities. Water came out brownish so glad to have big free water bottle.

Really great catering for a 50th birthday I attended. Unusual menu and delicious and a lot for us all as well. It's a pub and hotel and I didn't stay there, just used the upstairs conference room for a birthday. They were courteous, friendly, and allowed us to store a cake until we needed it

I cannot thank the staff enough! Everyone from the managers, the bar staff to the cleaners could not be more helpful. Really made the stay enjoyable. The location was excellent to the airport. It does need an upgrade, however, I've been told they will be doing this in the new year.

Lovely barstaff & reception staff, room was very clean and bed real comfy. Ladies toilet was very clean and pleasant smelling and the location is perfect for anything you need in town including proximity to geyhound bus station. Restaurant under fubishment so can't comment but bar staff lead us to the best food in town with food advice/recommendation. Would stay again
Also if you are a smoker there's several nice places to smoke.

Another fantastic blue lunch rump! Keeps me coming back.Great amount of red onion in salad.yum.Thank you Chef.👍Met a new mate who totally agrees, fantastic steak, great value!Yes I'm back again, great blue steak,no surprise, and keep the red onion coming in that salad, makes a salad unlike some venues that substitute red cabbage, tasteless.Thank you again Chef for making my lunch which is my only meal of the day so enjoyable.🥩

Bit of a dive. Nice for a quiet lunch. Has a friendly local vibe though if you hang out in the smoking area. They usually take the coin operation off the pool table to allow free pool. Friendly staff that will let you just DRINK, AND DRINK, mega jug after mega jug so long as you don't fall over or act like an idiot. If you can handle your alcohol. They'll keep serving you. Nundah does have a crack/homeless problem though so I would avoid picking up some of the locals...

Lucy was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful with accommodation. A lovely person to help organise arrangements.

Will, Ruby and Lucius have gone well above and beyond in order to be hospitable and make me feel welcome with their outstanding customer service.

The food from the kitchen, beer battered fish and chips was perfect and the steak was cooked to perfection. The chefs really know what they are doing.

This venue is definitely a hidden gem for airport stays in Brisbane and very close to the Nundah community centre.

Pj and his team tonight have been superb.
