Our stay at Pretty Beach House was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that felt like a warm embrace. Chef Dean, along with all the talented chefs, crafted culinary delights that tantalized our taste buds and left us craving more with each meal. Their passion for food was evident in every dish, making each dining experience a journey of flavors and textures.
Missy, our main waitress, was the epitome of grace and charm, ensuring our every need was met with a smile and genuine care. However, she was not alone in making our experience unforgettable. All the other beautiful waitresses contributed to the ambiance with their radiant smiles and attentive service, adding to the feeling of being among friends.
Pretty Beach House is more than just a luxury retreat; it's a sanctuary for the soul. Every detail, from the stunning views to the elegant decor, spoke of thoughtfulness and dedication to creating a haven for guests. Our time here will forever be cherished, thanks to the entire team who made us feel like family during our stay. We cannot wait to return to this slice of paradise and create more beautiful memories together.

The entire experience at Pretty Beach House was exceptional from the day we arrived until the last minute. Our stay was for 9 days and was pure luxury. The food prepared by our team of chefs was world-class, and service staff were intuitive and attentive at all times. This is a must for couples looking for a quiet, discreet, and luxurious escape. Five stars ?.

Second visit to PBH, first was pre-COVID. The food was exceptional again, an absolute highlight! The setting is stunningly relaxing, the sounds of the bush all around make this the ultimate place to relax. We were a bit disappointed at the firm restriction on taking a bottle of wine back to our room, or order bottles to our room (a change from last time). We were told it was RSA restrictions, although we've not had similar experiences elsewhere, and I'm not sure I'd have been told that had I ordered from the Cellar List. We had previously enjoyed lounging by the pool and being able to top up a glass without having to engage with anyone to ask for 'another glass', or go to the door to collect it. During one dinner, we also had to get up to ask for wine to be served to us. Not a huge deal, but at the tariff charged, we were expecting (and had previously received) better service and more generous offerings. These experiences made it feel like a cost saving exercise. On a positive note, great to see that they're continuing to serve Pol Roger as standard champagne. That said, having experienced a few of these types of lodgings now, I really hope they revisit some aspects of their current approach. A key element is not having to ask for or think about anything at these places, that the staff are always a step ahead, so this did take away from that a bit on this trip unfortunately. |

My husband and I have been spoiled beyond belief at Pretty Beach House for the last 2 nights. It’s a beautiful private green haven situated on the Central Coast; a hidden treasure. 4 couples in total is all they accommodate. The comfortable villas plus the beautiful food and wine served by the wonderful staff there makes for a special break. 3 chefs Camilla, Duncan and Dean fed us amazing meals. Missy, Grace and Colin looked after our every need and quickly became friends. If you are not happy at Pretty Beach House, you won’t be happy anywhere.

Excellent meals from the three chefs, Dean, Eloise and Duncan, separately, on the three nights that we stayed at Pretty Beach House.|I have strict dietary requirements, which all three chefs were able to wonderfully cater for, this includes anaphylactic reactions to goat and sheep's milk products.|We were told that they plan the menu a week in advance, and they devised meals around my limitations. The staff were careful to check with me at each sitting as to the suitability of each course !!|Aly welcomed us, there is no check-in, so no waiting around. She served us lunch on arrival and supplied us with clear maps for our many bush walks (in dry and wet weather). She also offered additional suggestions.|We continued to be beautifully looked after by the table staff, Aly, Christophe, Missy and Camilla.|Cleaning staff for our room are very efficient.|We were given chef made granola, on leaving Pretty Beach House.|

A great experience. The Hideaway Pavillion was very comfortable an d the plunge pool (heated) was relaxing to use. The location in Bouddi National Park means that the only noise is the sounds of the birds !||My wife has dietary “issues” and these were catered for by Eduard and Dean magnificently . The quality of the food presented was impressive. My wife is a fan of smoked salmon and was impressed with the quality served. We subsequently found that the smoked salmon came from Norway. All in all we cannot speak too highly of Pretty Beach House and will certainly seek to return in the future.||Note: Pretty Beach House provides a free laundry service.

What a wonderful place! Quiet and elegant with friendly, attentive staff, it felt very special to be staying somewhere so intimate. We spent one night in Bayview pavilion with a plunge pool on the deck, then two nights in Treetops in the main building and with a wonderful view down to the bay from the large balcony. We loved both but preferred Treetops for the view and also it had a large freestanding bath by the window. The food was delicious, although technically there was no choice, if we didn’t like something on the menu then an alternative would be offered. We usually took the suggested wines with each course but sometimes made our own choice. On our day of departure we had to leave early and a toaster, bread, pastries, juice, butter and jam was put in the room the night before so we could eat something before leaving. Several walking trails straight from the door which we enjoyed doing. The driveway is very steep and twisty and taxed our hire car somewhat!
