We didn’t even make it inside the park it is terrible I would say a lot of permanents use it we were checking in when a lovely young man who was checking out after setting up camp and then realised it was not as good as described and asking for a refund of 5 days told us not to go in that he had seen people shooting up in the common areas and the place was filthy I would strongly recommend to go a little further and we managed to get a lovely spot for the same cost at Andergrove van park couldn’t be more helpful

The caravan sites are very small. The amenities are old and need attention. The door to the male amenities was shocking! The paint was peeling and the surfaces were very dirty... doesn't look as it has ever been cleaned.|The word " premier" should be dropped from the name.

Well, the shower cubicles are large.||That’s about it.||The water pressure was REALLY poor.||However, really, what do you want?||Could not trust the pool for a swim, did not look like it had been cleaned for a while.||Having said that, it is functional. That’s all you really need on a road trip so, yeah, I’d come back but I’d like to hope the water pressure was adjusted!

If I see one bad review against mostly good I often wonder if it's the reviewer, so I'll start from the introduction angle. Our sin was to call and book for our caravan to be towed in by RACQ while our broken down car went 1.9km up the road for urgent repair. I booked one night at first in the hope we'd have the car back the next morning some time as that's what I'd been advised initially. At 9:30am I asked if a late checkout would be ok (the park was half empty) because I was on my way to chase up the car. By 11am Nash was ringing me asking for more money! He kept this up until I paid the 2nd night (which admitted I'd have done an hour or 2 sooner had I not been so upset by his constant badgering and lack of consideration for our situation), then when we went stressed and hot to the park pool (30 degree day) we found a sign saying closed until further notice! $45/nt for a rude, uncaring, greedy manager, a pool you cant use and 50 year old amenities (although clean and mostly functional) is highly overpriced. The next morning at 10:05am he knocked on our door again wanting to know when we would be leaving! At that time fortunately, one of us had already left to collect the car, but I can guarantee neither we nor any of our friends that knew the stress he put us through will ever give this man any business again.

The permanent residents are great and very friendly. Be sure to lock up though as undesirables walk through, CCTV doesn't work where needed especially when reporting stolen items to the police.

My partner and I stayed at The Premier Caravan Park for 6 nights. The park is a small park not overly busy and minimal road noise from passing traffic.
The cabins were also very clean and tidy.
Bev was absolutely fantastic as a host and was very helpful.
Will definitely check into the park in the future.
Thank you Bev for making us feel welcome.
Cheers Izzy and Barb 😊😊

Looks can be deceiving.
Once you drive down the long driveway, meet the owner in the office, you concerns will be removed.
Really friendly and welcoming, toilets are cleaned spotlessly.
Always spaces available for vans.

Plus is only 5min drive from centre of city.
For the prices, definitely no issues.

# hot tip if backpacking, ask really nicely to use the shower facilities ,is only $5
Need to do this before office closes at 4pm.
