Ok so the rate pn is a bit exie considering one we usually stay in was way cheaper, but we wanted to try something different.|Lovely receptionist very friendly, unfortunately I did not get her name.|Our room 109, was a King & looked out on the beautiful Jasmine laden fence where there was a small area with a table & 2 chairs. Had a secure screen & sliding door opening which is great when wanting fresh air.|Others did not have the same outlook & were very large rooms whose windows faced the car park.|This is a 2 story building with no elevator.|Plenty of parking |There is a convenient small restaurant & bar onsite.|

The service at Potter's goes above and beyond. We booked for a wedding and had to make a few changes along the way and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The carpets in the rooms could probably do with a deep clean but other than that we enjoyed our stay and thought the rooms were very well appointed.

Very nice hotel to stay in, it was nice and quiet, only a 5 minute walk to the Grand shopping centre. Easy parking. The restaurant is onsite, but just be aware it is not open everyday, plenty of eating options within minutes to choose from. Will stay here again when I am in Toowoomba again.

I’ve been staying at Potters for 3 years now for work. EVERYTIME I stay , the visit is soooooo welcoming , yummiest of food, world class customer service and everyone goes above and beyond !!! Love Potters

So glad I found Potters. From the moment Bec took my reservation I knew I would love this place. The room was just lovely , King size bed was the biggest bonus for us. Terrific rooms, great restaurant and bar with terrific service.
Just don’t book a room on the same side as the huge childcare centre, you won’t get a sleep in during the week.

Had to cancel my stay for another month due to family circumstances. The staff are very helpful. Accommodating and respectful. Yes it's the best place to stay when you have the staff at the the other end who understand, combine with lovely accommodation. ?
