The place is easy to find. Limited parking. Large menu but also the paper the menus were on was pretty gross.

Servers are friendly but table service isn't offered. The place has nice deco and heating. Open kitchen, inside and outside seating.

The coffee was really good but the food was pretty average. My eggs Benny was also pretty cold. Only hot thing was my eggs.

I personally wouldn't recommend.

This place is amazing! I've been a couple times and it has never disappointed. The atmosphere was cozy and looks awesome. I've loved the menu and it's got the best food! The staff are really friendly too, I've been served by a young guy with brown, curly hair who always makes me feel welcome. I live 2 hours away but never hesitate to stop at Potbelly! Thanks guys!

Great little place, came here for coffee two days in a row when I was in the area. Very friendly staff and delicious coffee. Fast service and a relaxing atmosphere. The place also smells incredible so I assume their food would be would be wonderful. Only downside was a wobbly table which spilt out drinks! Would definitely visit again though.

I’m not a local, but Potbelly at Medlow made me feel right at home. The space was cosy and inviting—just the thing for a cold winter morning. I had the Reuben and absolutely loved it: the bread had just the right chew, the corned beef was full of flavour, and the sauerkraut was perfectly balanced. I also tried their house blend coffee on a whim and I’m so glad I did—now I’m hooked! It had this delicious nutty, burnt caramel note that really stood out. A lovely spot with great food, coffee, and a genuinely welcoming feel.

Oh my goodness… I cannot rave ENOUGH about this gem of a find! Happened to be up in the Blue Mountains showing around family visiting from the USA. Walked the 3 Sisters, ended up at the Hydro Majestic & found ourself famished. When consulting Google for “restaurants near me” I rarely end up picking/trying the first listing but WOW!!!! What a BOON!!! These guys are a MUST TRY 👍🏻 The welcoming atmosphere, customer service, detail oriented-ness & knowledge are prime & the food is sublime 💓 So yummy & great value for money. Our group enjoyed everything from breakfast to pies, soup & salad, fresh juices, coffee & desserts. Each & every dish was divine & prepared with care. Even though we dropped in an hour before closing - no problems, full service with a smile. We’re still sitting in their quaint, al fresco side yard… Finishing dessert. They’ll close in one minute &, although we’ll make it a point to be out on time, there hasn’t been any feeling of rush. DEFINITELY recommend + we’ll make it a point to come back anytime we’re in the area or passing through. Thanks Potbelly Crew❣️

Highly recommend this place for exceptional service, friendly staff and perfectly presented meals, with freshly made salads that had the perfect variety of greens, legumes, nuts and grains. The pies are full of flavour! You can really taste the quality.in every bite.

Great lunch enjoyed at this charming, warm, cosy cafe with a lovely potbelly fireplace. Excellent, friendly and quick service by staff. I had the pork and bean empanada with salad, while my husband had the ham and cheese toasted sandwich along with pea and potato soup. Followed by scones, jam and cream. Very delicious. Highly recommend.

As an earlier review said, definitely a hidden gem! Great quality coffee and homemade food. Something for everyone with loaded hot chocolates, savory pastries, cakes and slices. Worth a stop!
