The apartment was very well presented and immaculately clean.
It was very well equipped with everything we needed.
Fabulous location and views, with pademelons and blue tongue lizards visiting the courtyard.
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.
We will definitely stay here again.

I'd read some bad reviews, and was worried, but I needn't have been. We stayed in Studio 3, and were very happy. It was clean and spacious. Yes the driveway to Studio's 1 & 2 is a little steep, but nothing too bad, and it can be tricky exiting the parking from Studio 3's parking bay in reverse, if you're not used to such things, but we had no trouble. It does pay to reverse park for Studio 3. It would probably be more of an issue in a large 4wd, but we had brought my wife's average sized hatchback. If you have mobility issues Studios 2 would probably be the best bet, although my wife uses a walker, and was able to use the pathway to Studio 3 from the parking bay.

The communication from the owners was appreciated, and very useful.

In some reviews there are complaints about
:the cleanliness of the accommodation, we had no such problems.
:Lack of food. It's not a B&B.
:The terrible driveway. We couldn't see a problem.
:The walls are too thin, so you can hear everything going on next door. We did have neighbours for one night, but apart from a little muffled noise when I turned the tv down, I wouldn't have known that they were there. My wife didn't.
:The king bed is just two singles pushed together. Can't say that was the case for us. Not that I can see a problem with that, as that's basically what a king is.

The situation was very pleasant. The views are great. There's a bbq. A little deck with a small outdoor setting. My wife really loved the spa. Yes, it may not be high end, but we had no complaints whatsoever. All in all we were very happy with our stay. We wouldn't say no to staying again.

I got my daughter and her new husband the honeymoon suite for their wedding night. They were so impressed, totally loved the room. Also the owners were lovely and left them a bottle of champagne and biscuits and were kind enough to it me leave her car there early and pick up the key. Highly recommend staying here

The owners are very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. And the view! Wowsers. I have not seen a view like that since...Well...I don't know when. Love love love Hobart. What a place to be. We are so lucky.

From Anne Ferguson. I made a mistake when I booked this accommodation, expecting it to be self - catering. It isn't. It would be an ideal place for a weekend in Hobart. Ideal hideaway. Lovely views. Lovely hosts, Nola and Don, very keen to help in any way without being in our way. Lovely room, lovely bathroom, very cosy for two nights at most. We had booked for 7 nights and were kindly offered a refund if we could find anywhere else. Unfortunately Hobart was extremely busy so we stayed and made the best of it. Nola and Don lent us an air-fryer to cook with, which worked very well for us. I'd certainly recommend Possums to anyone visiting Hobart for one or two nights. The mistake was mine but it worked out ok. (Could probably do with a clean behind and under furniture.)

Great location for privacy, back area with bbq. This wonderful experience was made easier having a handy "cheat sheat" of local entertainment contacts and food in the room. Last minute accommodation, staff were very happy to help out.
Tv in both room and bathroom, 2 person spa bath and shower with a dehumidifier for convenience. Tea and coffee supplied as well as basic white goods (mini fridge, toaster, kettle etc.)

Who wouldn't love waking up to such an amazing view? It's a fantastic place to stay and unwind.

Good place, clean with nice bush setting, wifi not so good though in unit I was in.
