4.5: I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The ambience was fantastic, and the space was much larger than what I’m used to. It was incredibly clean and welcoming. Even though bookings are essential, they graciously accepted my mum and me as walk-ins. Take note we arrived at 4pm and they close at 5:30pm.

The customer service was top-notch – they even offered us drinks! I enjoyed a refreshing lemon lime bitters, while my mum had a latte. The staff were attentive and confident in delivering exactly what I wanted for my nails without hesitation.

I also loved their unique touch of offering a selection of different scented lotions, which added to the pampering experience. While their prices are a bit higher than what I pay in Sydney, the overall quality and experience make it worth it.

However, I was disappointed with the foot scrub service. The lady who performed it seemed rushed, and my heel cracks remained, whereas other salons usually smooth them out effectively. It would be beneficial if they could allocate more time and attention to this aspect of the treatment.

One small suggestion would be for them to include cleaning under the nails as part of their service, as I was hoping that would be done.

I’d definitely come back again, though next time I might opt for a simpler nail color. Highly recommend this salon!

Had such a great experience here! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the pedicure was really well done with more massage than usual, which was nice. The atmosphere was relaxing - we never felt rushed or crowded, and the massage chairs were noticeably higher quality than other places we’ve tried. They also have a wider range of colours to choose from, and the option to purchase drinks! Overall, a fantastic experience—we’ll be coming back!

Absolutely love this place ❤️ staff are always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond. No design is ever too hard and they tell you straight if they can’t do it, so you don’t walk out unhappy
