We stayed here for 3 nights in January for a fishing trip. We were very impressed with the accommodation. Everything was really clean, and maintained very well. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The cabins were equipped with utensils making it more accessible and convenient with our young children. Our boat was parked beside our cabin with lots of space making it easy to bring it in and out when needed. Highly recommend this place, there is also 3 koalas that reside in the trees right in front of our cabin, and how amazing to watch them climbing about, the kids loved it and enjoyed the play area. 100% we will be back for sure!!

Often visit Portland and always stayed at NRMA up near the lighthouse with the caravan or tent because we always bring the dog. Tubby stayed home this trip and we couldn’t get a cabin at NRMA so we booked into this place. We arrived at the Percy Street entrance and thought we were at the wrong place. There’s a small cobblestone lane between two large heritage buildings that you drive through and at the end it’s like going through the wardrobe to Narnia, minus the creepy guy with the goat legs. Best location with supermarkets and CBD at your doorstep.
Cabin and park very well maintained with all the proper ammenities. It’s very boutique and very well priced. We’ll be staying there again for sure, very quiet at night too.

Small, well maintained caravan park. The location is excellent. The amenities are great, clean, and allocated to caravan sites. Staff are very welcoming, friendly, and supportive.

Great spot right in town (opposite IGA), but tucked away and quiet. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Paul (site manager) and his team incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Portland. Spewin’ I couldn’t stay longer but will be back for sure!

We had the best stay here at Portland Holiday Village! Paul had exceptional customer service and we highly recommend staying here if you are in Portland! Clean and super quiet the park offered great amenities. We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Villa with 3 kids. Thanks!

Resident koala is adorable to look for in the trees.
Very close to town and no more than 10-15min walk to the jetty.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Windows sills need a wipe down but kitchen bathroom and bedroom spotless.
Love that the TV's are linked to the wifi and you can log into your netflix Stan amazon prime youtube freeview accounts
