Tommy worked with us to create a bespoke vegetarian menu - which blew us away. Our guests were still raving about the risotto, gnocchi and zucchini flowers days later!

Beyond the food, Rads helped ensure our whole night ran smoothly; from getting me down the aisle, to keeping her eye on all timings, to adjusting our lighting throughout the night - she was on top of every minor detail, to make our wedding celebration truly spectacular.

They dealt with my hundreds of questions and changes without batting a eye and remembered every detail. We hired all of our furniture and table settings through Port Douglas Catering, having everything coming from the one place made it less complicated. However, the highlight for us was the food it was OUTSTANDING! We had sooo many guests go out of their way after the wedding to tell us how amazing the food was. The most delicious food and loveliest service! We recently visited Port Douglas and hired Port Douglas Catering & Events Private Chef for my 40th birthday dinner. The food was INCREDIBLE! Fresh Oysters (the best i've had), seared tuna, Scallops, Fresh fish, salads, vegetables (the carrots being a hit with my vego family members), dessert and signature cocktail! Loved it all! Planning a destination wedding can be daunting!
Rads, Tommy and their incredible team were nothing short of being absolutely amazing! Communication with Rads throughout the planning process for my son and daughter in law's wedding was a dream.
Rads is reliable, experienced and highly detail oriented, from the menu planning to the 'run' for the entire day. They collaborated harmoniously with the other vendors creating what was a wonderful experience celebrating on the iconic Sugar Wharf.
Thank you again to Rads, Tommy and their team, we were extremely impressed with the friendly service, the food was so delicious and the drinks were flowing! All our guests can't stop raving about the food, especially the lamb!
