Excellent and friendly customer service. Drove all the way across Brisbane (from Indooroopilly) to use this store as they had a part in stock no other pool shop had to fix my robot pool vac. Glad I made the trek and will make sure I do again just to support them.

Item not delivered after 4 weeks, pool spot not answering or returning phone calls also not responding to emails. Very frustrating.

I initially reached out via phone enquiring about a product on their website. Initially they were very helpful and responded quickly via email, however after the first initial replies my emails went unanswered. I have sent multiple follow up emails, in the end I even asked for a simple "no sorry can't help you" but I got nothing.

I would completely understand if they are no longer able or willing to help, but to just completely ignore a customer willing to make a purchase is poor sales/business practice.

I am anticipating an incendiary reply based on their response to other reviews so I will get in first. I believe I have given ample time to respond and am being fair and reasonable, I think 3 stars reflects my experience (or lack thereof) but I am more than happy to change that.

Edit - my rebuttal to the much anticipated reply which ironically came quicker than the response I never received.

I believe your reply is one-sided and slanted quite heavily the other way, pushing it deep into the territory of untruthfulness.

I did mention that initial support was very helpful and prompt and I am grateful for that.

While the product I have now works it is not really the solution I was enquiring about, it is simply what the pool builder provided. Had you bothered to respond you might know this.

If "outside of business hours" is 3 weeks then yeah I guess I agree I dont expect him to reply in his own time, you could have perhaps? I don't want to flog a dead horse but simply ignoring customers isn't a good look.

You said you could follow up with the manufacturer, which I gratefully took you up on and I simply was waiting for a response that never came.

You are implying here that you responded which is simply not true. No communication was ever made stating that the manufacturer has discontinued it or no longer supported it - again thats what I was waiting for. I challenge you to prove me wrong.

If it is such a terrible product that neither you or the manufaturer want to sell why is it listed on your website still? Weeks after you claim you made it clear?

I was already aware of the potential limitations of the product as I have done my own research and I made it clear that I was happy to purchase it with no warranty and no support potentially helping you clear a product that others might not buy or have issues with.

A simple one sentence email could have saved me all that time. You are implying that I continually was wasting yours whilst also arguing that it was outside business hours and nobody was checking emails is simply a rudiculous argument that is now on display for all to see. Not a smart business move.

As promised happy to change the rating for you if you insist.

Do not buy from this dishonest business!!!

We purchased an electric pool vacuum (BWT PK Turbo) and upon receiving, we tested it out. Unfortunately it did not live up to it's description and does not catch dirt or sand.
I immediately called up the customer service line and was told the owner Matt would call me back. I waited a few days before calling again and was told that he has been busy and would call me back, but I never received a call.
After over a week with following up and been told numerous times that I would get a call from Matt, that never happened, the customer service person said that he had spoken to Matt and unfortunately he was too busy to call me, but Matt had approved for the product to be returned and that he would send me an email with the consignment details for the return postage.

To no surprise after a over a week, I still hadn't received this email and again I found myself calling and getting the same answer that Matt would call me. After following up for weeks I still did not receive this call. Until one day Matt actually answered the phone, and acted like he knew nothing about it. He offered no apologies or explanation of why he hadn't called back and flat out denied about the consignment for the return postage. He told me to send it back and he will test it out and if there was a fault he will refund but then added "but I won't find any fault" leaving me to believe that I was wasting my time and money trying to post it back to him. He also became quite rude and showed no interest in looking to resolve this issue.

Stay clear from this business, there are plenty of other options than to risk poor after sales service.
