While visiting my daughter in Mackay, I needed advice about her swimming pool. I read the reviews with slight skepticism as most do when reading reviews. However from the moment I walked into the shop, the lady (sorry I forgot your name) was very welcoming, she listened and before trying to sell me anything, not only did she explain what I had to do, she wrote the instructions down and demonstrated those instructions on the filter in the shop. Needless to say the reviews are spot on.

Thank you for the great customer service, I have told my daughter to go nowhere else.

Managed my pool for a.year turned green every few weeks. Told me my chlorinator wasn't working bought a new one . Then they said no salt. Finally they put in so much chemicals burns the kids eyes for 3 weeks over xmas peak use time. They seem rude and incompetent. Now they don't manage my pool it's never turning green every 2 weeks.. blaming customers for their own bad work is a new low for a business standard. Choose another pool shop if you need help.

Adam and the team there go above and beyond to service our pool. Super friendly and doesn’t run two hours late like other pool places do in Mackay. Highly recommend them.
