Had nail extensions done a few days before my wedding, they were absolutely awful. Owner took over for the employee who started them (who was not at fault for any of this), dremeled and filed hard enough to leave bleeding cuts and marks on my cuticles after I'd told her what she was doing was painful. Then botched the design I wanted, charged me full price, then let me leave. I woke the next day and had to cut back the nail on my left thumb, as it was digging painfully into my cuticle.

I went to another salon the day before my wedding and they took everything off and started again. They found that my natural nail was filed down too far, and my left ring finger had quite a large mark on them.

I have been fully refunded since. However, the attitude and denial from the owner to admit fault and responsibility is shocking.

I've attached photos of what I wanted, what I got from Polish'd, then the design from the other salon 4 days after the repair. Note all the cuts from Polish'd.

I have been to Polish’d many times and always love coming back. I have anxiety and Kellie and her staff always make me feel completely comfortable. The treatments are reasonably priced and the salon is hygienic. My nails always look and feel great and I get complimented on them often.

The head spa and massages are relaxing and a heavenly treat. I’ve had my brows and eyelashes done as well and they lasted ages and looked great.

Recently I purchased several items from the new Kellie Yarram Polish’d Glow skin care range and I’m very happy with the quality and results from the products. They’re well worth the money and I highly recommend.

Got a manicure with builder gel in a bottle (BIAB). It wasn’t even a proper manicure. The nail preparation was very poor. All they did was file my nails and attempt to clean the cuticle area. However, it was done so badly and was very painful. I left with bleeding, uneven cuticles. The builder gel barely lasted a week before it started lifting and peeling off (normally meant to last around 4 weeks). Not worth the cost ($60) with such poor results. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

Disappointed is an understatement. My daughter is very much a princess and was looking forward to a pamper party with her friends.....
It turned out to be a disaster. First of all the party started late due to incompetent staff not having it set up. No extra time was given.
And I was under the impression that the kids got an assortment of snacks provided like is mentioned on the website. No pink lemonade, no cupcakes,no hotchips,no musk sticks, no pink lollies.
Bare minimum was given, handful of lollies, a bowl of chips and bowl of coloured popcorn oh and a bottle of raspberry soft drink.
The robes needed a good wash, and way to big on the young girls. Slippers were ridiculously big on them. No head massage was given,not was a facial.

Made contact with owner, who made no attempt to apologize, just made excuses for her staff that held the so called pamper party

Had my second holes pierced here, she took the time to make sure that they were level, as my first hole that I had done when I was 7/8 was in a different spot on each ear. I mean a good few minutes to make sure they were even and got me to check too, so much peice of mind.
Then when I decided to get my third AND Helix done - there was no other places that I considered.
Honestly best experience - patient and caring piercer - I couldn’t ask for anything better. I can’t sing their praises enough.

Just had my nails done by the lovely Shelley, absolutely loved the whole process & the finish is AMAZING.

Nice relaxed atmosphere not rushed at all & BEST part NO drills used!!!
