I cannot recommend Poles Patisserie highly enough! I recently ordered their "60's Vibes Peace Cake," and it was everything I hoped for and more. The cake looked exactly like the photo on their website—vibrant, colorful, and beautifully decorated. I chose the vanilla and chocolate swirl flavor, and it was a hit with everyone at the party. The texture was perfectly moist, and the taste was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and just the right balance of sweetness.

The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and the cake was delivered exactly as scheduled. From start to finish, everything was seamless. I’ll definitely be ordering from Poles Patisserie again in the future—they truly exceeded my expectations!

Cannot recommend poles patisserie more! After a mix up we were left trying to find a baptism cake for our children with just 3 days notice. Poles were able to create our cake and they did not disappoint. The cake was absolutely gorgeous and even more importantly it tasted amazing! The perfect amount of sweetness and softness you want in a cake, I’m definitely ordering all our cakes here in the future.

FANTASTIC service and cakes!
Long story short my Mum’s 70th Birthday celebration was cancelled due to a death in the family overseas, Mum was meant to go overseas but didn’t in the end, so I had to order a last minute cake from Poles Patisserie in the week between Easter Monday and Anzac Day. Although cutoff for customised cakes was missed, lovely Teena was able to assist in providing available options and enabling my last minute but desired pick up timing. I purchased the vanilla and chocolate cake but personalised it myself. Cake was delicious even the next day and happy that I was able to provide a great quality cake on such short notice. Based on this experience, I would reccomend to anyone! Thanks again!

The staff at Poles were so friendly as I ordered a plain green birthday cake at the counter. The cake tasted amazing! It was a chocolate sponge cake with chocolate custard filling. Could not fault the cake taste or texture at all. I’ve given 4 stars though because I requested the same colour green as a display cake (which had a grass effect) and the cake I received was no where near the same colour unfortunately.

Poles are excellent! They made my wedding cake (a lemon and vanilla 2 tier naked cake with macarons) and it was delicious. All of our guests commented on the lovely cake.
The staff are so lovely and helpful and made the ordering and pick up process smooth and stress-free. We will be ordering from Poles again 😊

Ordered a Double Height Stitch cake for a 9y.o birthday party. Pick-up was straight forward, the cake looked amazing and as pictured online. We ordered a chocolate and vanilla marbled filling which looked great when the cake was sliced. The taste was excellent. Looking forward to ordering again!

I ordered a strawberry and white chocolate cake with a birthday message on it.
My only complaint is that the writing on the cake should have been pink to match the colouring of the cake and adornments. I don't usually do the cake ordering for our family so I didn't specify the piping colour, I just assumed it'd be pink to match.
The cake looked beautiful and tasted great and was made with very little notice, so well done there.

We order all our cakes from poles and are never disappointed. This was the best one yet, we got so many compliments on how tasty it was and so many people asking who made it.
They provide great customer service and it’s always such an easy ordering process.
Would definitely recommend all poles cakes and slices.
