I had an amazing experience with plush the staff are all lovely and very approachable. Got a beautiful lash lift, tint and eyebrows wax/tint done and absolutely love the results. Georgia, who I had my appointment with, had wonderful service and super friendly attitude! Great attention to detail and will definitely be rebooking in the future.

When I called to cancel the appointment we both agreed for me to come in the next day to finalise my bill and to not honour that agreement is dishonest. You are not more than accommodating by only refunding half of the amount taken at a time I didn't agree. And to say that you could override it for one refund but not the other does not seem realistic. Other concerns:
You charged me for eyebrow shaping to wax 4 hairs from between my eyebrows. The last time I was there only the inside of my nose was waxed even though I told the trainee the outside aswell. I also told the other worker "same as last time". I can see by your response that you want to be right so no point replying to me, I just wanted my side heard

There were a few points of concern but i'll just touch on the final straw.

I had to cancel my appointment because i was sick with covid and didnt want to infect the staff. I called to cancel my appointment right on the appointment time and so a 50% cancellation fee was added (which i didn't mind paying). I told the lady on the phone i would be in the next day around lunchtime to pay the cancellation and a down payment for next appointment. 15 mins later my phone dinged with a bank notification telling me they had charged both things to my card on file. I couldn't believe the nerve so I rang them and explained i wouldn't be paid from work until early hours next morning and I needed that money to get medicine and food that night. They blamed the system and I was told I would get a phonecall from the owner (which I didnt, and so im here). 5 mins after the call they refunded half the money and that was it. They don't mind lying themselves while treating you like a liar and quite stupid to scare away a $2000 a year paying customer to secure $35 that i would have paid 24hrs later anyway. My old man always said it's okay to make mistakes but what makes a person is how you handle them, dishonest doesn't fly with me

Beautiful experience and left feeling relaxed. The staff on arrival were very friendly and made me feel welcome. My therapist, Lou, was super professional, kind and considerate with the treatment which made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend Plush to anyone wishing to pamper themselves.

LOVE PLUSH!! i have been going here for a little while now and the vibes here are always so welcoming and comforting. Louise always does my brows and nails it every single time 😍 she has given me a facial to suit my skin needs and recommended me so many amazing products stocked by Plush that i now swear by. i also had a tan here once before my holidays and for all the self conscious girlies out there like me, they make you feel so comfortable and make the whole process so easy!! they are my go to for everything.
