This is one of two favourite coffee places on UNSW Campus. My cappuccino is always delicious and the taste is always consistent. The service is excellent. You'll never be waiting more than 5 mins for your coffee/drink, they are that good. If you plan to make Plume your go to coffee stop, get their coffee app for delicious rewards.

I ordered a regular mocha but its was all milk- could not taste the coffee shot nor the chocolate flavor. Could not finish it. Maybe the barista was not in a good mood.

Imo they have the best matcha on campus! The matcha flavour is pleasant yet strong, and I found their coconut muesli to be enjoyable as well.

strong flat white was nice and staff was very friendly.
But I had the pulled pork baguette for lunch and it was 95% bread, 4% pickles and 1% pulled pork, a big difference from the previously offered (and excellent) pulled pork roll which was about 50-50. Also, food was warmed in a microwave/toaster oven that seems to superheat the outside while keeping the inside cool.

I don’t normally write reviews but this banana smoothie was so bad that I have to write one. I don’t know what they put in there but its so slimey and thick. I paid $7.5 for this and I cannot drink it. Pls go to boost if you want a smoothie. Staffs were not friendly.

The service is shockingly average....

The person serving you should have, at the very least have some knowledge about the different styles of coffee they offer or sell or perhaps smile when taking your order.

Good service is what makes or breaks a business.
