The absolute best for spa service and repairs.
I had a pump fail on me and then the spa got a little neglected.
Called these guys and they gave me all the info I required to get the spa back up and running better than new. Honest advice and great pricing!
Turned up on time!!!! Imagine that!
Replaced the pump and filters and supplied all the cleaners and chemicals I needed, and nothing I didn't!
Spa is sparkling and running great after being filled with biofilm and algae.
Hard to find honest, punctual tradespeople these days! 10/10!

I've had my outdoor spa since 2011, and Matt and Viv from Platinum Spas have been servicing and supplying chemicals since then. Their service is second to none. I only have to email or text my requirements, and they go out of their way to deliver products or help me out with any problems. I travel interstate regularly, and they have no hesitation to assist my housesitters while I am away. I highly recommend Matt and Viv and their company, Platinum Spas.
