It was perfect for my needs on this trip. The room itself was lovely and quiet - you could not hear outside noise or guests next door at all. Having your own private little patio area was excellent. All of the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful.  We ordered breakfast using their room service option and it arrived hot and very well presented.  Plenty of it and it tasted great! I will definitely use Platinum International for future short stays.

Had a wonderful peaceful relaxing long stay with Platinum International. The rooms are clean cozy and quiet, friendly service, Thomas the Manager of Platinum International, was exceptionally welcoming and kind, and met all of our needs. Shout out to Nik the chef, beautiful food. Great location! shopping centre, coffee and hospital all in walking distance. Highly recommended for long and short stays 👌 looking forward to staying again.

Having seen some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive but thankfully for me this place lived up to its name as a platinum place to stay in Toowoomba. The room was spotlessly clean, especially in the bathroom which I am always a bit of a stickler for, so I was actually really impressed.

Room service was very handy to have and breakfast was excellent. A minor thing we could've benefited from was some more of the paper forms for breakfast to make ordering over multiple days easier (we only had one in the compendium), as we were told we had to collect these from reception, but the staff hand delivered them within a few minutes anyway which was a really nice touch. Very happy with the service from both reception and the room service staff.

Room was nice and comfortable. Overall great stay however one thing to be cautious about is that you could possibly be charged for items in the mini bar even though you haven't used any or for my case, wasn't even there in the first place. Room had a fully stocked mini bar, and its not a norm for someone like me to take stock of what items are supposed to be there. Hopefully the management looks into this.

Have been staying at Platnium for a few years now, it is the most amazing place to stay. Cleanliness is second to none, service is second to none, restaurant is fabulous, you can eat in your room or at the restaurant itself. Beautiful meals. Manager and staff are beautiful people always willing to help. Would not recommend staying anywhere else. The best of the best. We absolutely love it here.

Came to the restaurant for dinner with my family and it was absolutely amazing!! I had a three course meal of prawn skewers for entree, pork belly for mains and the brownie sundae for dessert😫 Every meal was well cooked and neatly displayed on a plate. The food was phenomenal. Big compliments to the staff and chefs for the amazing service and food!!! Definitely coming back for dinner☺️

Room was nice and comfortable and the only downside was that the coffee maker in our room didn't work properly, but we managed to get one cup out of it 😁.
The facility was clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with nice SC just opposite. Free washing machine and dryer is a great bonus and you will only need to pay for the washing powder if you have none of your own which is with only $3.00 very good. We only stayed for one night but we will come back.

Arrived to a horrible stench of wet carpet. Immediately found a large patch of wet carpet in our room and phoned reception. The guy on reception offered me a towel, no attempt to investigate nor find us another room. On our last morning (Sunday) my 2.5yr old son ran through the wet carpet and straight onto the tiled bathroom floor, subsequently slipping and smacking the back of his head. By then the wet patch had grown much larger, so is suspect a leak from the bathroom. When I addressed this on the Monday morning with the “general manager” he claimed to know nothing about it, I asked how it is possible at 10am Monday you know nothing about wet carpet, horrid smell coming from room 430. He then managed to piss me off even more by saying “well perhaps it’s the first I’m hearing of it because it’s 10am and your only just telling me” So the guy on the front desk failed to inform management, housekeeping failed to inform management. Sounds like a case of negligence to me, not addressing or mitigating the risk of injury due to below standard lodgings. The General manager promised to call me back after midday on the Monday after investigation. Well it’s now a whole week and guess what, no call. Terrible room, terrible experience, terrible management. If I could rate this place a zero I would.
