Glen is the real MVP here. His knowledge of coffee is next level, and you can see the pride he takes in every cup that leaves the machine. Whether you’re after a silky flat white or a punchy espresso, Glen nails it every single time. Plus, he’s one of the friendliest blokes you’ll meet — always up for a chat and genuinely passionate about what he does.

This place sets the standard for quality coffee in Albury. Can’t recommend it enough.

An absolute hidden gem. Local vibes and chill atmosphere. Best coffees in town. Get a pastry and refill your home bean bucket whilst you're at it. Even if you're not seeking caffeine, you can potentially get surprise winnie the pooh art on your hot choccie!

Platform 9 is a must stopover for a caffeine fix. The service is so friendly and was given complimentary house made iced tea and a detailed explanation of all the different coffee beans available. Seeing the warehouse where they roast the beans makes it feel more special, so highly recommend allowing a bit more time here to enjoy the coffee and overall experience.

On our way between Victoria and Northern NSW we stopped by Platform 9 for a much needed coffee. Highly recommended! Staff where so humble and helpful. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and coffee didn't miss a beat! Had to go back in and grab some beans for home.

We stopped here during our drive from Melbourne to Sydney and ohh my ! Was it worth ? Absolutely 💯

Platform 9 has truly delivered a vibrant, fruit-forward gem with their Nicaragua La Bastilla – Pineapple Candy. This filter roast is a celebration of tropical complexity and fermentation finesse. From the first sip, the cup bursts with ripe mango and sun-kissed nectarine, balanced by an effervescent acidity reminiscent of tropical kombucha. The 72-hour yeast fermentation is beautifully integrated, enhancing the clarity and brightness of the cup without overwhelming it.
As the brew cools, the pineapple candy note comes to the forefront …juicy, sweet, and playful…tying all the elements together with a candy like finish that lingers refreshingly.

The barista guy also gave us freshly ground coffee to smell in a small cup and it was divine 🥰 thank you guys .. we will visit again for sure !

I spent 3 weeks in Albury and couldn't stop coming back to Platform 9. The coffee quality is absolutely on par with the best roasteries in Sydney and Melbourne. The whole team is super friendly and passionate about excellent coffee, and the setting is upbeat yet relaxed. I can't recommend this place enough if you want the best coffee Albury has to offer!

Incredible service and great coffee. Was aiming for a cold brew but got talked into trying the cascara spritz - absolutely amazing! (the cold brew was great too!) no seating yet the day we came, as the coffee shop front was quite new, but they were literally building the coffee bar as we were there -one week later and we would have somewhere to sit. great place to stop on the way back to Sydney if you are travelling from Melbourne.
