It was like someone had thrown sauce on top of the base and put it in the box. I’m seriously wondering whether an oven was even used. When picking up a slice, everything just slid off. What a waste of money

Do not order from this pizza hut store or through door dash either. This is how we received our pizza and both door dash and pizza hut refused to help. Pretty much eating pizza base with no topping. Neither placed wanted to except responsibly for the mess.... Q

After a long period of time, I had the best pizza Garlic prawn which was full of stuffing and service was quick as compared to others. You guys made my day adorable.Thanks Pizza Hut Augustine height and to their cooperative team members.

We ordered online at 17:40, my wife sat in the store waiting it said our order will be ready at 18:21, when it got to 18:30 we asked how long our order would be… it hadn’t even been put on at all, people who ordered in store while my wife waited got their food.
Not only did our other food we ordered get cold but our kids ended up upset with almost an hour wait when it was finally ready.
They could have at least given an extra pizza or drink for the wait!!

I’ve been coming here for years. Always top self. Although the prices are on the main menu it would be nice to see the prices of the specials like SpongeBob and the loaded cookie.
