Couldn't fault the after hours service. We arrived late, the key was out waiting for us, the air con on.
The cabin was clean, the bathroom was sparkling. The shower was lovely and hot. Kitchen was clean and milk in the fridge! We paid $150 for the night, can't complain when most motels are more for a lot less.

Dirty unkept cabins with grotty kitchen including greasy dirty crockery, utensils stove,oven,microwave were all covered in food. Cockroach poo all through kitchen cupboards and drawers.Leaking kitchen ceiling with old leak stains. Bedding and towels stunk. Beds were old and lacking support or hard as a rock. Shower head was like a yard sprinkler water went everywhere. Floors were filthy, toilet had someone's previous urine and feces under the seat and in the bowl.
Grounds very unkept. And several local businesses cringed when we mentioned where we were staying, suggesting it's well known for not being any good.
Looks great online but not when you are there. We do not recommend.

They have attempted to refresh rooms and paint. However the kitchen and dinning room ceilings had bad leak marks and there was a live leak in the kitchen ceiling. The cupboards had cockroach poo in them and the kitchen had limited equipment for the amount of people it can accomodate. It lacked ambience outside and looked very run dow. Would recommend staying at the other park in town.

When I arrived here at Pioneer Caravan Park, it went well. I am not happy with the toilets that should have sanitary disposal bin in ladies. Not comfortable with the site where we were because too many burns on ground to walkable. Shower went cold as I turn the warm water on but I waited for 5 mins later still cold. There no kids park that my step sons to play with. Not very happy.

Be careful if you have a service dog as the owner want let you stay. We are waiting on a place to come soon, but no service dogs allowed as the owner didn’t want them there even thou they have rights, -5 stars. Don’t stay here. Plus when I walked to the toilets I could smell weed

Older park could see they were in process of doing it up. Amenities clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Would stay there again to support the average person. Bigger names parks are not our favourites. Overpriced for what you get.

Chris & Maxine are the best!! Very kind and friendly and always there if you need something! We really enjoyed our stay and we could easily extend for quite some nights due to an delay with our parcel and there where no problems. Basic toilets and shower - clean! Good location quit but in dalby. There pet friendly and our pups enjoyed it having a grass site. Highly recommend the place and appreciate all the help we got! Thank you so much !!
