Very clean, even the restrooms.
Plenty of space and you can sit at any table and be able to view all the play areas and watch your children from far. Cafe food is delicious and good portions. Socks are provided with extra cost if you forget to bring some. Very easy to relax whilst still keep a close eye on your children. Will definitely be visiting again. Entry prices are also reasonable.

Probably the cleanest indoor playground I have taken my kids to including the play equipment! They even had sandals to slip on for the bathrooms. Cute plates for the kids meals and plenty of seating! Will definitely be back!

This place has a nice environment with decent coffee!
Clean bathrooms with changing facilities for young kids.

However it could use a bit more cleaning around the play area, the ball pit was quite dirty when we were there last and the interactive game was also broken. Baby area was also quite messy. Staff were friendly and nice tho.

The kids set meal for $13.9 was quite pricey for what it is, we got chicken nuggets/fish bites (2) and chips with a drink. The portion was very small and the fish bites were just one cut into two.

It is a nice setup just needing some TLC. Maybe just ordering coffee would be a better option.

Great little place for the kids and parents! I went on Wednesday morning it’s was relatively quiet and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole venue, varieties and quality of food and drinks. My coffee was great as you would get at cafe. Really appreciated that under 24th months area has the gate so I can just sit on the comfy chair right in front of the play area and enjoy my coffee while my son was having so much fun. We will definitely return.

Great place (location) food was yummy but disappointed they had booked 3 parties at the same time. This meant the service was slow . Kids got very hungry and food kept coming one at a time instead of all as agreed at the allocated time. I think they would benefit with an extra staff member to help with the bigger groups perhaps a party host as I had to go back and forth to the counter asking for stuff plates, cups etc.
Having too many parties at the same time meant the kids didn’t get to enjoy the whole facility so not good value for money in my opinion especially for a special occasion like a birthday. I hope they would be able to spread out parties or have a maximum number of people in the facility as it was abit chaotic. This was my personal experience.

The place is really nice and well thought for kids, the playground is really good shape. The food is not bad but isn’t the best. We bought the Benedict eggs with salmon and they taste a lot of vinegar. The kids menu were nuggets and they were good.
